Super polite and kind to resolve my questions about dryhair

My hot brush suddenly stopped working and after supplying video evidence, Remington are going to send me a new one. No hassle, impressed with the quick service.

After returning two faulty hair straighteners to the store, (I had even swapped to a different model, as the first was so badly designed it also pinched your palm as well as only getting lukewarm), when the third set was also faulty with the plates only meeting at one end and a gap at the other, I decided to contact Remington direct, having had my original Remington straighteners for several fault-free years. While perfectly polite in their response, it was obvious they couldn't really care less and just told me to return it to the store again, as still under warranty. They completely missed the point that there must be something wrong with their quality control if a customer can buy 3 faulty items in succession. Needless to say I have now bought a different brand, which are so much better but cost less!

Ive received exceptional customer service from Remington. I contacted them as my husband was having difficulty finding replacement shaver foils and cutter for a new shaver. He always buys Remington and likes to buy a replacement foil at the same time as a new shaver in case of difficulty finding them later. Although id checked i was advised by Elena that the item we required was not available on their website but was available to order. I asked for a picture of the item to compare with the foil headon the new shaver to satisfy myself it was the right one. This was no trouble. I was then contacted by Eduard B who took the payment and placed the order for me. Both Elena and Eduard B were very polite, helpful and professional. Thank you both for your great customer service. We are delighted customers.

Overall the product purchased is of high quality. When there was a fault causing the product, I reached out to Remington support. The customer service was responsive, polite and sent a replacement quickly when they had the details they needed. I would recommend Remington to future customers.

Straightners advertised as heating up within 15 seconds. Timed this to be 1 minute 18 seconds. No response from Remington to a product enquiry but changed this to a complaint and had a response very quickly. Easy to supply the required video of complaint. Investigations completed their end promptly and advised to take issue up with retailer.

Had an unexpected problem with a shaver, Remington customer service were helpful, easy to deal with and solved the problem first time. Thank you Feliks.

Remington UK responded to my enquiry about a warranty issue in a prompt and polite way and resolved the issue within one day, providing a replacement item for a four year old product that had failed within three days. They kept me informed all the way through the process with concise instructions and gave excellent customer service.

I contacted the Russell Hobbs support team via an online form when my Russell Hobbs Rice Cooker, model #19750 stopped working. The rice cooker was only 14 months old and used less than 10 times. This is a fairly common fault with these rice cookers. However, the support team responded the next day and shipped a replacement rice cooker which arrived 2 days later. Great service, hopefully the replacement is more reliable.
