Product was almost 2 years old when it malfunctioned. Because I had registered the product at the time of purchase it was replaced within 5 working days.
My emails were answered the same working day and the service I received was outstanding.

Claimed for a fault on my heated rollers on the warranty, quite an easy process and speedy replies from Remington. Resulted in a replacement item being shipped, very happy with the service I received and am happy to recommend this company.

I have a faulty head shaver which was bought as a gift. Whilst the seller (Amazon) made life very difficult and wouldn't help me, thank goodness for the customer service offered by Remington’s staff! They resolved the issue with the minimum of fuss.

My first order got lost. You replaced it without a problem. Then the item malfunctioned and you replaced it straight away. One of the best customer services ive dealt with in a time when customer service seems to have removed the human element to its detriment. I would recomend your products to anyone. Items can always malfunction, but not all companies are so easy to deal with.

I bought hair clippers. The first time I came to use them they are faulty the blades weren't aligned. I contacted Lidl where I bought them who were excellent very responsive and passed the complaint to Remington. I had weekly apology emails from Lidl saying Remington were looking into it. 6 weeks later I get the 1st communication from Remington for more information I give it. Several emails back and forth all ending with me asking for a refund or replacement all of theirs felt like they were trying to get me to give up. They email me a shipping label I have to pay to packaging myself and then I get an email saying they've received them and a replacement will be sent but also for me to recycle them (I don't have them you do) and that I don't get a new warranty this started from the purchase date of the original clipper. Which is over 3 months ago now because it's taken them that long to sort out. So it's cost me to return them and taken months to sort and I don't get the full warranty. Customer service was awful. If Id been offered a refund I'd have preferred it

I had a problème with my shaver, the blades weren't working, customer support was super efficient, recommended certain steps, and it worked fine. Then I had a problem with the battery life, it wasn't lasting for even a single use. Contacted customer support, again, super efficient, asked for certain information, pictures etc. It's within the warranty period, and they are sending me a new one!

I purchased a pair of straighteners just over 1 year ago from Remington brand via Amazon. I recently noticed a fault/damage to the cable which resulted in the straighteners no longer receiving power. I reported this directly to Remington via the link within Amazon & they were extremely quick to respond & rectify the issue (just 1 day) with a replacement pair of straighteners after checking over my reported issue & images I supplied... I am so pleased with the outcome & really appreciate how quickly Remington responded & resolved my complaint. I can recommend others to follow the same process & definitely recommend Remington as a brand... Thank you
