Despite my email attachment not being visible to the Customer Service team they took my refund application in good faith and issued the refund without question. In the past I have found getting a rail ticket refund not the easiest of tasks. This time cancellation due to "hot weather" was specifically provided for on the Trainsplit form and the refund happened efficiently and promptly.Super customer service.

Jonathan, whom I dealt with, was extremely helpful and understanding when I had to change tickets due to a death. He processed my refund immediately.
