Absolutely superb service received from TrainSplit customer support. I was affected by the recent cancellations due to the heatwave and made a claim for a refund which was processed and funds received in less than an hour. Fantastic communication from the customer service team who were very helpful and kind replying to any question within minutes. Highly recommended. By far better than my experiences with the railway companies.

My train journey was changed to a longer route because of some problem with scheduling, and involved me travelling from an amber heat alert area into a red heat alert. I pointed out that the advice was not to travel in a red alert area and Trainsplit agreed. A refund is on its way I believe. Thank you.

Approached for a refund on an advance ticket as unable to travel to extreme weather conditions.Within 30 mins received an email reply confirming full refund processed and funds credited back to card. Excellent service all round.

I've used TrainSplit a lot in years ast to save money on tickets. This time I bought an Advance train ticket but with the heatwave, TfW were advising people not to travel and offering full refunds where we didn't. I contacted TrainSplit Customer Support, half expecting problems and wishing that I'd just booked direct with the operator or Trainline. I needn't have worried as TrainSplit processed the refund on the same day. Great customer service.

Exactly the same as every other company offering refunds, full of BS, my train was cancelled in yesterday, I had to walk 2 miles to taxi office and get cab to next station where I caught another train, and they won’t refund because I didn’t get receipt from taxi firm, all the trains were cancelled but won’t allow refund, just typical online, great job Johnathon I told you I would leave reviews, you covenant want copies of receipts and to know information which is totally irrelevant and in many cases private, you don’t need a receipt you just want a reason not to pay and Im sure anyone reading this will think the same, as long as I cost you more than the refund that’s fine by me, let me tell you again as you don’t seem to understand!!! THE TRAIN WAS CANCELLED IT’S EASY TO SEE THAT THE TRAIN WAS CANCELLED, you should be reengineering me as THE TRAIN WAS CANCELLED

I bought a ticket, you have clear refund procedure, THE TRAIN WAS CANCELLED, there is no argument other than you don’t want to give me a refund, end of story, there is no argument, I clearly couldn’t make it up as the train was cancelled, it’s irrelevant how I finished my journey other than I couldn’t do it the way I paid because THE TRAIN WAS CANCELLED!!!!
Couldn’t get it taken down could you, honesty wins in the end, I had them on email saying you had complained, so many fake reviews at last a honest one, if you use this company and have an issue they will not refund you, and prefer to spend hours replying and trying to get it removed, thankyou trustpilot
