AA Car Care Arvostelua

Great experience fantastic service as always

Easy to book servicing at my home and two hours to complete my full service excellent

Job well done, without the hassle of taking the car to a garage.

Great work by the Mechanic Gokul in replacing Oil n Filters and overall inspection. Clean job.

Mechanic was late and I had to chase up. When he arrived he was polite, apologetic and did a very good job

Extremely great service delivered with care

It was the conveniance of the service ,no hanging around garages waiting for them to complete just stay at home and enjoy a cuppa.
I havnt received any confirmation that the service was carried out as yet.

Efficient & professional. Convenient to have works I required to be carried out on my driveway

All ready done survey several days ago

Fast , friendly service

Very prompt and Efficient from Start to Finish

I found the price to be competitive for the work I asked to be quoted for online. Website was easy to use and was easy to specify what I needed doing. On the day the man who arrived to carry out the work was punctual, friendly and professional. He looks too have done a good job and I appreciated that he didn't push to carry out any further works. Very pleased and will use again for future works.

The mecanic turned up on time and very exeperinced. I took my car to national for its MOT in March and was given an advisor for my front discs and pads. They told me it would cost around £560 becuse of the make of car. As being a member of the AA they sent me an email about car servicing at your address. So with the advisory in mind i thought i will get my pads and discs replaced at a price of £318.00 bargain. When the mecanic turned up and started the job he came and told me that the pads and discs are fine why am i getting them changed. I told him because of the MOT advisory. He then showed me the pads and discs. I could not belive to see that there was still around 50 % 0f the pads life.A small lip on the discs but nothing to warrant a replacement. I still had them replaced as the mecanic was there with the new parts and would have proberly ended up with cancellation fee. It took him no time at all to do the job. I would recommend this service from the AA
With the AA you know what your getting great service and a reputation to match. Never going anywhere near National garages again

Very good 👍🏽
Lovely job 👍🏽
Best price among all competitors

Very happy with the work carried out, always kept up to date about everything

Very convenient. Service carried out well by pleasant mechanic. Price compares favourably.

simple to book, they remind you they are booked for that day.
efficient mechanic.

Absolutely no fuss in the booking of and communication leading up to the work. Job was carried out. The mechanic (Scott) was courteous and respectful. All I need to do is test drive.

I used AA Car Care for an MOT. Failed on several points, ball joint excessively worn and another failed dust cover, and excess emissions readings. AA quoted for full suspension arm replacements despite the fact the ball joints can be replaced separately and a full replacement of exhaust system. Over £1000 of work. Took it to another garage and ball joints replaced and a good run cleared out the system to pass emissions test. Contact from AA was nearly non-existent. They claimed that I would be contacted once any update on MOT and that they would do all the contacting of the garage. MOT done by 11am (as seen on gov.uk). Nothing from AA until I chased them, several times in the afternoon, to be given that ridiculously expensive quote. Very poor service.
