Excellent no stress service.

Easier to leave at home and allow the RAC to come to you, they used manufacturers spec oil and parts, for my Discovery it is important and was cheaper than JLR and specialist. The mechanic was familiar with the vehicle and the check over was helpful to know what is coming up along with the MOT being due clarified all should be ok. I for some reason thought I would get a call the day before with a more approx. ETA?But I didn't, but no problem as someone was home. Hoping my JLR online service history will be updated, the mechanic advised the administration should do this, to soon to confirm just at the moment.

The Mechanic arrived at the time stated. On introduction he was extremely polite and professional.
When I handed over the keys I explained the reason for the early oil service (we have just returned from a road trip to Sweden and had logged up 3200 miles) in 24 days.
I offered him refreshments and use of our facilities which he gracefully turned down. I left him to do his job which took less than 2 hours. I completion he briefed me on everything that he had done.
I have never used this service before but I will seriously consider doing it again in the future.
Service literally carried out on your own doorstep no driving great distances to the dealer and no worries about courtesy car hire.

Full service done quickly and with food comments

My car was serviced on 23 April 2026 (all brakes were marked as Green on the report), in June and only 783 miles after the service we had a warning light for the brake discs. We booked and received a further visit for 06/07/26 that cost £75.00 and it was concluded that it was a rear disc sensor that was likely to be the issue as all discs and pads were calipered and were still green however the mechanic could not remove the wheel locking nut and advised me that we needed to take this into a garage where they could remove this with a air gun. We have now done this and tried to rebook a further visit to get the sensor replaced and this is where your customer service has been abysmal. I have called you on 0333 070 2784 initially on Tuesday 04/08/26 but the link you sent me to pay £1 did not work and your system cancelled the booking. I called again on Thursday twice and again the link did not work either time. I called again today 07/08/26 and whilst on the call we tried the link again and this still gave the same error code so you sent the link to another number and again this did not work. The person I was speaking to gave me a new number to call 0330 159 1111 however they were membership only and cannot help me with mechanics, I asked to speak to a manager but was told that Managers do not make calls? I was also advised that I could book this on the App but you can't book anything that is not listed like a brake sensor. This is incredibly frustrating and all for a £1 pre booking fee. I still have not managed to book this in so if anyone there has the ability to sort this out it would be greatly appreciated. I await a call.
