AA Car Care Arvostelua

I give a 3 star rating for the service. I booked in for a major service, which only took the mechanics under an hour to do. The website stated they would be with my car for a couple of hours. With this information: I felt it was to short of a job for a major sevice.

Mechanic was friendly and professional. Did a great job on my car. Top service. High praise

worth every penny above and beyond

Very friendly and polite, really quick

Neil was very thorough and professional during inclement weather with a happy demeanor My only problem is that the five star review needs to be increased to ten.
Please convey our best wishes to Neil.
Kind regards,
Jeff Lewis

From booking through to the interim service every thing went smoothly, easy to book and mechanics were polite and professional and were well on time.

Service booked for 10 days time. Cancelled by mechanic the day before it was due. Booked a 2nd appointment.. was told I’d get a call on the morning of appointment and a call 15 minutes beforehand. Neither call came. Waited all day.. he turned up 15:50pm. I had to leave for an urgent appointment so gave him the key and asked him to put it through the door with the paperwork. Key was left but no receipt so I have absolutely no idea what he did/did not do. The oil is still black.. was on hold for 72 minutes and no one answered my call. Effing disgusting 🤬🤬

Easy to organise and engineer arrived on time. Provided all checks as advertised and found no faults. Just advice on what to look out to be aware of

Edward was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Repairs carried out quickly and my car is driving much better. Thanjs

So easy from start to finish. Mechanic arrived on time. Did the service. Kept me informed as work progressed.Gave me detailed information on completion. Vehicle left clean and tidy. Competitive price.

He was really nice very helpful thoughtful and through

So convenient and easy to book, the guy that come was great, let me know exactly when he would be there and explained everything that he was doing. Highly recommend and will use again.

Great service, good value, very efficient and friendly

Super easy to book and pay. So much easier than having to go to a garage. Great service.

The mechanic was on time and was also very polite.
He done a diagnostic test and provided me with results straight away.

Where to start? My car was first attended over a full week ago for rear brake change .mechanic arrived at 9.30 and left at 5 .30 ! Various reasons for this .i must stress the mechanic was polite and curteous throughout the visit .however after completing one side the second proved to be more challenging culminating in the caliper being replaced which i understand .however after paying on line for this to be done also .the part was ordered and he picked it up locally .we are now at around 3pm !.i was then informed he had lost the locking wheel nut key and was struggling to remove the wheel .he consulted a colleague and eventually managed to remove it .however after fitting the new caliper and test driving it he discovered it was leaking fluid and so could not complete the work !.he informed me he would return the faulty caliper and also order new set of locking wheel nut keys and follow up the next day if poss to complete the work .the following day smartcare gave me a follow up appointment for today the 19th oct 🫣 in the meantime my car was undriveable !2 emails and various unsuccefull phone calls later still no response .as you can tell from the experience not in anyway acceptable !.oh and finally today he could not remove the 2 front bolts to top it off ! So i now have to pay a garage to remove and fit the remaining 2 lockbolts . The comms throughout this whole fiasco has bee appalling .my question to you is how can you treat a customer in this manner and what do you propse to do to make amends ??

The mechanic turns up on time and is informative.
And instead of the car been in the garage all day! You are back on the road in 2hrs or less.

Convenience of having a service done at home. The man was very good at his job, plus I feel ready to tackle the roads now winter is around the corner and safer.
Also like to add it was nice to get a check list of all the parts checked which I have never had from a garage. Good price for a full service. Although I had trouble booking online I got sorted by ringing them to book.

Brandon was outstanding: prompt, courteous and very efficient. Very thorough, communicative and finished bang on time. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended
