Losing the will to live trying to return the latex mattress topper, which is about as hard as a rock. You have to somehow reuse the massively cellotaped plastic bags it comes shrink wrapped in and then they don’t include the straps you need to tie it up with. A replacement bag is £10. It’s been weeks and counting. They also sent me the wrong pillow and want me to jump through 1000 hoops before resolving that. They say that just because something says it’s one thing on the box doesn’t mean it’s that inside … okay then. Seems like I’m going to have to contact my bank to get my money back.

I purchased a medium pillow to replace a firm pillow that was just too firm. The medium pillow is exactly what I was looking for. I like the fact that I was able to extend my warranty. My pillow arrived quickly. Pillow quality was what I expected. I will buy again.

Finally found my cozy marshmallow pillow
If you are looking for a truly incredibly cozy pillow that is as fluffy as a down pillow but does not require shaking, the Premium Latex Pillow is the right choice.
The delivery time was a little long at two weeks, but that's because it really comes from Thailand and isn't kept in stock, which is important for latex products. The Queen Premium Pillow is super soft and provides good support, even for the neck. It's like sleeping on a marshmallow that cradles your head and provides excellent pressure relief. Although it is higher than regular pillows – the information on the website is correct – it suits me well as a side sleeper. I would buy it again despite the slightly higher price and am happy to recommend it to my friends.

I bought the standard pillow and while I love it, It is a tad too lofty for me. I considered returning it to get the flat one, but I reached out and they said I could have a sizable discount so I’m keeping it and buying another one! Win-win.

frustrating! i have emails in my inbox suggesting i purchase another pillow and use the 12% discount code. When i put that in, it says "already used". if it only allows 1 per shopper EVER, why keep emailing me with it? I'm trying to exchange a pillow now and its a labor intensive process. I will be livid if return shipping is more than the $20 they "allow" for return shipping.

The item arrived very well packed and on time.
The item itself is well made and exactly as requested in its size,its firmness and style.
After nearly a week of use it has proved remarkable in its benefits. My neck is held in line with my spine, especially noticeable when I sleep on my side. I have no neck pain or headaches in the morning.
When I accumulate some money in the future, I will be buying a second pillow of the same.

I only wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. The pillows I purchased were hard as a brick. I initiated a return. They told me to wait patiently for a merchant review of my request. Then they ghosted me. Do Not buy from this vendor.

Avoid! Their customer service takes weeks to get back to you, is totally incompetent, and then will stack up all sorts of charges on your returns. In total it took me two months to get from my first email to them starting a return to the product actually leaving my house. They charged me 70 GBP for the return (after trying to charge me 100) on a 266 GBP product.

We want to emphasize that this charge was not intended as a penalty, nor did Talatex profit from it in any way. In fact, despite the error, we shared part of this unexpected cost with you, as a gesture of goodwill and customer care. This is not a required practice, but one we chose to undertake to help resolve the matter fairly.

They keep sending emails saying all the items are up to 50% off yet when you click through the maximum I can find is up to 12% so a very disingenuous click bait false advert. I have emailed asking of how to get the 50% they keep on mentioning and had no reply.
Does not add great credibility to the company sadly.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t…
It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my order. The first order was lost in transit so I emailed customer service who assured me they would get a new item shipped. Now they have gone silent on me. It’s been two weeks and they are not responding with a tracking number or anything. At this point if I can’t get confirmation of shipping I want a refund. What a joke! Respond to your customers!
