Avoid this company at all costs. My experience has been appalling.

I have been trying to return my mattress in accordance with the company’s stated returns policy, yet my emails and messages have been completely ignored. Once they have your money, they appear to have no interest in dealing with legitimate customer issues or honouring their own policies.

The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I have now been left with no option but to pursue a chargeback through my bank and report the matter to the relevant consumer bodies.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong, don’t expect any help or response.

Excellent service.
Certain couriers seem to have problems with delivering to my address. Talatex even arranged delivery with the courier of my choice to ensure the pillow was delivered .

I would advise anyone to read the fine print before doing a trial of their pillows. The pillow did not suit me and the return cost was 21% of the cost of the pillow, which is not disclosed and can change depending on their choice of courier, you will not know the final price until the pillow has already been returned.

The latex mattress arrived within days, and I had a couple of questions about the mattress and found Talatex easy to communicate with by email.

Great company and brilliant customer service. Bought a firm pillow which proved to be too hard for me. Contacted customer services who arranged for the return and I then ordered the medium which is just wonderful. Pillow has hugely reduced my morning neck ache. Absolutely love it 😊

Great customer service

I bought the contour pillow with adjustable layer ages ago, and didn't get on with it immediately so went back to my old memory foam pillow. But I kept the Talatex one because I wanted to try again.
And suddenly, everything clicked in. I now find it really comfy, and it's so much healthier having natural latex so close to my nose (I'm a side sleeper mostly) than breathing in memory foam fumes. A great buy.

I received my pillows very quickly after ordering. The low profile pillows are perfect for me, at first I thought they might be a bit too low, but it turns out they are great. They are cooler in this hot weather than my old pillows were and so all in all I am now having a great night’s sleep and I would definitely recommend them as now to me, there is no contest.

I need to exchange these pillows to the softer type butt to do so I have to buy the softer type first As a pensioner to out lay this type of money impossible, I would like to return the purchase goods you to hold the refund then notify me no the balance if necessary I will forward the balance

I ordered a Talatex pillow for my wife. I had recently ordered one for myself but my wife did not want to replace her pillow at the time. However after trying my pillow, she wanted one herself. The ordering process was straightforward. Delivery took several days. We are not always available to take delivery but the courier allowed us to select a pickup location. I had the pillow delivered to a local ASDA store. I was advised in advance that I needed to provide appropriate Id to collect the package. I just showed by driving license.
The pillow is very comfortable and it comes in a tencel pillow case, which wicks moisture away well on hot nights.

Great communication and fast service. The pillow is expensive but in my opinion it is worth it for the quality and being able to sleep without constant neck pain. Picking the right texture is important and the options are easy to understand. I have now purchased two medium soft pillows one for me and one for my wife. Very happy thank you.

I have been looking for a decent pillow for a long time. Upon opening the Talatex queen soft, I instantly liked it and my first night's sleep exceeded my expectations.

The order came faster than I thought it would. I just didn't realize I ordered the flat pillow but I have found out it works just fine for me.

I have used the pillow 4 nights and wake with no occipital headache, less neck and shoulder pain, as I am riddled with cervical and thoracic arthritis. This pillow replaced a latex foam pillow from a competitor. That pillow was queen sized, wider, longer, and much heavier than what I bought from you. I needed a more maneuverable pillow, which is why I chose yours. I have large shoulders and the former pillow crowned at 7 inches height to yours only being 6. If yours was between 6.5 and 7 inches, it would be perfect for me. However, the off-gassing smell from the pillow was terrible. It took over two days to reduce it to a level I could tolerate. It spent one day in front of a dehumidifier and another day outside in its case in the sunlight. I flipped it over every half hour. The pillow I had from your competitor didn’t off-gas at all. But, so far, so good. I’d give it a grade of B+. It provides me support with just a little give of softness. - Dr. Stu T. (Ret.) -

Be aware: returns are not free.

I paid £58.50 and received £48.50 back – £10 was deducted for return shipping. This was not clearly shown upfront.

When I returned the item, I received an email confirmation that it had been returned. However, there was no update regarding the refund. I waited 6 days, and only after I contacted them did they process the refund.

As for the pillow itself, it was extremely firm and uncomfortable, especially for side sleeping.

Easy ordering, fast shipping. Pillow is very comfortable and very high quality. Leave out for a few days for rubber odor to dissipate. Not a problem.

My pillow arrived fairly quickly and from the very first night I was thrilled with the comfort softness and flexibility.

I'm upset with this company since my purchase didn't live up to my expectations, and when I asked to return it, it took far too long for the return label to arrive. After that, they emailed me to clarify their stupidity, even though my explanation was obvious and hasn't been addressed. I regret using this company and wasting my money, so carefully consider your options before making a purchase.

If I would have read the reviews, I would have never purchased and missed out on a great pillow. My sister had one on her guest bed when I visited and I told her I had to have one. I hate memory foam and I hate flat pillows. I feel like Goldilocks and found the ‘just right’ pillow. This pillow is “springy” and a perfect height for a side sleeper and not have your head too high or low.
They are pricey, but how can you put a price on a great night sleep?
Now I gotta get my husband one cause he tries to steal mine.
