Overall this pillow is great quality
Overall this pillow is great quality, very comfortable, and supportive for the head and neck. Needs to come with a better cover, I purchased another similar pillow that cost 10.00 less and it came with a very good cooling, well constructed pillow cover.

I tried a talatex pillow when I visited the big cedar lodge & had to get my own. Love that it doesn’t get lumpy. I am in the process of exchanging for the soft pillow. So far I have had no issues. Would highly recommend.

As for the firmness label, your feedback is extremely helpful — we’ve noted that the firmness level was not visible on the packaging, and we are actively reviewing our labeling system to make this information clearer for future deliveries.
In terms of sizing, we understand that a 40 cm width may feel different if you're used to a 50 cm pillow. We do offer other sizes and shapes, and we’d be happy to help you find a better fit next time.

After sleeping on my Talatex king sized pillows for a few nights I am excited!
I have had my two king sized talatex pillowed for 3 nights so far and I am loving them! I got the soft/medium and it’s perfect, not to soft nor to hard. I am excited to see how they work for me due to having several neck surgeries it is so important to have the right pillow for me. I will write an updated review after sleeping on them for a while. We understand that €25.40 may feel high for returning two pillows — the fee is determined by the weight, size, and distance of return, and not by Talatex directly. I made a huge mistake by purchasing…
I made a huge mistake by purchasing standard size pillows vs queen size.
And only one pillow was delivered vs 2 which were purchased.
I also did not see the credit to my account for the returned medium form queen pillows.
I would like to return the one standard pillow delivered. I can’t talk to the second standard pillow which was not delivered yet. I would like to receive 2 Queen size soft firmness pillows.

I would say this is more of the flatter side of the pillow. Will def need two pillows to pump it up but other than that overall it is good.

I ordered 2 standard sized adjustable…
I ordered 2 standard sized adjustable pillows one for my wife and one for myself. I would give them a solid 7-8 out of 10. There is no smell, but the one thing I don't like about the pillows is the solid "core" im not sure why this thing is in there but it feels like a rolling pin inside the pillow. I ordered 2 bags of fill so I can remove these "cores" and stick to 100% latex fill.

Pillows are great so far
Pillows are great so far! I purchased 2 king sized premium talatex pillows, one in medium soft and the other firm. I wasn't sure which one I would prefer. I found the firm to be like trying to sleep on a dogs rubber chew toy. ,ero softness and far too hard. The medium soft, however was perfect for me, and my son loved the firm pillow so it worked out well!

purchased the Soft–Medium Talatex…
purchased the Soft–Medium Talatex pillow after a long search for something that could properly support my neck and help with ongoing shoulder pain. Latex kept coming up as a good option, and Talatex had consistently strong reviews, so I decided to try it.
I started with one pillow to test it, and within a few nights I noticed a real difference. My shoulder cramps eased, my range of movement improved, and I was finally getting more comfortable sleep. That was enough for me to order a second pillow right away.
One thing to be aware of: there is an initial smell when the pillow first decompresses out of the packaging. It’s not pleasant, but leaving it to air out does the trick — mine cleared within about a week.
Overall, this pillow has genuinely improved my sleep and reduced my shoulder discomfort. I’m really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for better support.

Perfect Night's Sleep.....
Having discovered Talatex pillows earlier this year, I have just ordered another four pillows for guests to enjoy when they stay with us. They are extremely comfortable, and soft enough that hey are not hard but firm enough that they support your head without it sinking into the pillow. The best feature about the pillow that we like is the fact that they remain so cool, and allow for a really good night's sleep. Well done Talatex!

Superior support and amazing pillow. Best pillow in the world. The materials and quality are luxurious. In the morning you wake up full of energy and without neck pain. I consider Talatex to be the best latex pillow brand in Europe in terms of price and quality. I have 4 more latex pillows, some cheaper and some more expensive than Talatex, but the Talatex Premium Pillow is the best, so I recommend this brand as a must-buy.
