I have tried a lot of different pillows and by far this has been the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had.

The delivery was excellent the next day easy to unpack and well packed and the topper is very comfortable. Unfortunately I didn’t like the pillows. I found them too hard and not moulding to your head very well so we are going to take out some of the memory foam and see if that helps. .

From ordering to the arrival of my mattress topper was excellent service.
I have only used the topper a short time so we will wait and see if it works.
But so far so good.

From easy ordering on web site to quick delivery and free pillows with my lovely king size topper,I can feel the difference in my comfort I went for a firmer topper its so comfortable ,well.made and its turntable which is a first for me,all in all great topper great quality and real value for money highly recommend this company the goods are as described 👌

Like most of the other 21% of dissatisfied customers I have a major complaint about the supposedly wonderful trial/returns process. The topper is impossible to return in its original packaging because it has obviously expanded!!(no doubt packed in factory buy a machine process!). Having made the effort to pack and return the topper on 21 March, costing £73.45, I heard nothing. Contacted them and they said it had not been returned! I sent them a copy of the Parcel Force tracking proving it had been delivered. They then acknowledged the return as 25 March. I was still waiting for any information regarding the refund on 18 April. after badgering them numerous times about the refund they eventually sent me a notification on the 29 April!!! it arrived in my account on the 1 May.
They refused to refund my return postage cost because they said I had returned the topper before the 60 trial period had elapsed. I had in fact returned it after the 60 days . They then decided that I had activated the refund process before the end of the 60 days which meant I had to pay my own postage!! Had I done this after the 60 days the would have sent me a free returns label which was not clearly stated upfront in their returns procedure.
Basically they will make it as hard as possible for you to get your refund.....hoping that you will just give up. I am now £73.45 out of pocket and am advised that I have a very good case for a small claims action to recover this due to the lack of clarity in their returns/refund procedure.
Do not buy anything from this company!!
P.S. Their company registered address appears to be a cake shop in Glasgow!!

The worst customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, you would think that is no big deal considering ALL the promo they have about free returns. I posted my parcel, they received it at their depot, instead of honouring the exchange they agreed to, and sending me the correct size item, they returned my original parcel to me with the same item. Now that wouldn’t even be as bad if it hadn’t taken a full MONTH to get from their depot back to me. The returned parcel had been completely wrecked, cardboard torn, some kind of tar all over the package. I am surprised the delivery person actually left it on my doorstep in that state. Of course after all this time I was then out of my exchange window so when I asked about my exchange they just said I was too late. So not only would brightr sleep not honour our original exchange but they also wanted me to send extra money for the postage of the parcel that I had already sent. In the end I had to go to my credit card company to get this dispute resolved.

Topper, I like the choice of a firmer side or a softer side, I am on the softer side but will probably change to the firmer side, very comfortable, also
the pillow, I divided it into two pillowcases and I have not had a headache since. 10/10

The delivery was much earlier than I expected.
The Topper is perfect for my needs. Super quality.
I didn't really need the pillows, and I would have prefered maybe a little discount on the topper. All in all a brilliant product and I fully recommend this company.

Excellent product fast delivery and value for money

I bought a memory foam topper, lovely & comfortable, would definitely recommend this product. The free pillow is great too & I love the fact that it's vegan, so no birds needed to have their feathers ripped out & it should be fine for people with asthma or allergies, a win win.

The mattress topper was actually quite good but did not suit my needs, I have severe arthritis.. something so large is difficult to return but I kept all the packaging and followed the returns process to the letter.. 32 days later, I’m still waiting for a refund. You can only email. There are no telephone numbers to contact the company. I really would like my money back.

I ordered a mattress from Brightr based on their advertised money-back guarantee. I have severe back issues due to a disability, and I quickly realized that this mattress was not suitable for me.

Contacting their customer service was frustrating from the start: they do not take phone calls, only respond via email, and replies take days. Often, questions seem to be ignored.

After following their instructions—waiting 60 days and trying both sides of the mattress. I requested a returns label. Again, it took days to get a reply. I explained that, due to my back condition, I couldn’t lift the king-size mattress myself to take it to a post office or drop-off point. I requested collection instead, which again caused delays.

When the collection was finally arranged, DPD marked it as “nothing to collect,” meaning I had to wait another week for the mattress to actually be collected. On top of this, I paid over £229 for the mattress and my account is only being offered 41 as a refund.

I requested escalation to a manager twice and finally got a response from Chris. There has still been no resolution or confirmation regarding the incorrect refund amount, and communication remains poor.

I am incredibly disappointed. This experience has been stressful, costly, and physically challenging due to my disability. I trusted their advertised “money-back guarantee,” which should cover a full refund under Trading Standards, but this has clearly not been honoured.

I cannot recommend this company. Unless this matter is resolved promptly, I will have to consider legal action to secure the refund I am entitled to.

I specifically bought this mattress topper from Brightr because it was advertised as firm and supportive. Unfortunately, it’s been a complete disappointment.
At first, it seemed okay, but after using it for just over a month, it became clear that it provides little to no real support. Instead of adding firmness, it simply compresses under weight and feels almost pointless — like it’s barely there. Over time, it actually made my mattress feel worse rather than better.
What’s more frustrating is that I’ve started waking up with more back discomfort since using it, which is the exact opposite of what I expected from a “firm” topper.
I feel misled by the product description. This is not a firm or supportive product in any meaningful sense. It might suit someone looking for something soft, but that’s not how it’s marketed.
Overall, a frustrating purchase and not something I would recommend.

Quick delivery. Delivered on time, with plenty of information on its arrival. Very easy to unwrap and put in place. A good idea to be able to choose soft or firmer sides and it is nice and thick. It didn't altogether deal with the dips in our old mattress, but that is probably the old mattress and not the new topper.
