Fantastic Customer Support from Daniel
Finally a loan company that really understands their customers expectations and needs, I had an issue recently where I received an unexpected charge but after reaching out to Daniel who explained Im great detail how the subscription charges worked I now understand to pay back in full my loan to avoid any unnecessary charges. Been waiting for two days for the loan…
Had a problem with getting my loan paid into the bank. The customer service was top class and they managed to get it sorted within a few days. Can't fault them and we got there in the end. Thank you steadypay

Awful company
Awful company, sending me notice of sums of arrears when I have told this stupid company multiple times that I never took out a £100 advance. Emailed them multiple times for them to send me this FCA notice.

I had asked a few times for an email to pay my advance early as it doesn't give me the option manually on my app or online. After a few attempts and replies finally Florin the angel replied instead with the invoice to pay and it was late at night too so I wasn't expecting her reply but she did and i was so grateful..
