I paid back my loan three months early and promised email confirmation that the loan was repaid however does not matter how often I email or call no confirmation is provided. If I check my account online the loan is still showing even though I cleared it 2 days ago now.
This company is unwilling to communicate or help even when the balance of a Loan is zero

Time wasters
I applied for a loan; they did a hard search, then just did nothing. Didn't even bother to get back to me, not a single email. Not a good way to treat applicants. After I applied, I was bombarded with spam emails and calls, so Fair Finance takes your details, including bank details, and sells them to 3rd parties.
