I decided i wanted to cancel my bits cards cos i never used it and was putting it off as thought it might be abit of a hassle, but when i sent an email the customer service advisor max soon cancelled it for me and replied to me within minutes so im very thankful to max . Many thanks

I have now emailed this company 18 times since Monday. On Monday morning the chat advised I'd be transferred to a specialist this wasn't done. All I wanted to do was change my repayment day from Tuesday to Friday. As this request was ignored my card been locked, my credit limit has gone down and now no doubt my credit file will be effected. Wish I hadn't of bothered with this company.
On 30th September someone did finally respond to a complaint email. They finally changed the repayment day however when I was asked if there was anything else. I explained they hadn't resolved the full issue. My credit limit and possibly my credit file have been affected. No response again. All so they have now tried to take full payment twice today when it's not even due until tomorrow. Getting absolutely sick of this company.

Zeek in Bits Customer Support was really helpful and supportive in allowing me to extend my repayment schedule to allow me more breathing space. I do find BITs to be supportive of their customers, unlike other credit card firms.

I wanted to close my account as open by mistake. Max sorted it all gor me very professional and swift and a refund on its way to me .max u are a star and deserves a wage rise or promotion.

After a little trouble setting up I had to email them . I must say response time was not only quick ( less than 24 hours ) but to help me solve the issue they sent a link and I was all set up and good to go within 5 mins much thanks to Leenesh!! You where amazing thank you !!
