Very bad experience with this company

Very bad experience with this company. They rejected my application without giving me a clear reason. 100% because they don't like my nationality They also told me they would only carry out a soft credit check, but a hard search appeared on my credit report, which can affect my credit score.
I would recommend being very careful before applying with this company and checking exactly what type of credit search they will carry out.

Evolution staffs are so patient I can…

Evolution staffs are so patient I can say I have never seen a team so patient with customers like they are..
And they explained every aspect of the loan to me to my understanding and I hope I had been doing business with Evlo for a long time,Hussein and Jacquie are excellent staff members.

not good customer service

I did a online form to get a loan and I was contacted to say that a check was done on my account and it was ok they did ask what a few transactions were so I told them and they accepted that then he said could I come into the place were they were so I could fill the forms in and it would be fine as I work full time I had to wait until I had a day off I rang them today and I was told that the manager said not well it is there problem I will take my business elsewhere I do not recommend evlo so don't bother
