I have been using and enjoying SodaStream for many years. My wife and I are 76 years young and she recently gave up soft drinks and started drinking Soda Stream. That caused a change in the frequency of replacement canisters. Soda Stream has been great in helping us even out the replacement frequency.

Took my account info quick my cylinder return status, showed returned and quickly refunded the charge back. E-mail to ne statused me refund was in process. No waste of my time, i appreciate this.

Great customer service. I lost the return shipping label for my empty CO2 cannisters and they emailed me another one in minutes

I had an issue with returning my cartridges. They were not showing up as returned on my account. I contacted SodaStream and they took care of it right away. I will continue to do business with them.

I love that you can easily speak to a human when you call SodaStream for help. I always take forever to return my cylinders and you need to call them to get a refund when you finally get around to sending them back in. The staff who answers the phone are always polite and I have always gotten my refund. I am very happy with the customer service from SodaStream.

Had made a purchase on sodastreams website, which I had done previously. I had 3 bottles of my syrup leak, and other bottles had lids broken during shipping. Captured a photo and sent an email regarding damages. Sodastream responded immediately and offered to replace all damages items and shipped at no cost. 5 stars and thank you so much.

Navigating the order was easy. Return of the cylinders was easy. Received responsive and friendly support when there was a question as to whether or not empty cylinders were received. Issue was resolved very efficiently.

I had trouble printing my return label because the website said it was not yet available. I contacted SodaStream customer support, and Sam quickly emailed the label to me during our chat. I received it immediately and was able to ship my return today.

I've always loved using Sodastream for its value, simplicity and convenience. Since I started subscribing to home delivery I have also been very happy with their customer service. The people who work in the call center are always helpful and do whatever is necessary to solve my problem. They are cheerful and seem to love their jobs and co-workers, too!

Have had a SS Art for a couple of years now. Love it. Just purchased the SS Fountain. So far so good. Too early to make a judgement but will update later. I do think our drinks will be more consistent and CO2 usage should be more consistent also. I do think it would be nice if the water container was larger and insulated but that’s just a suggestion.

Was gifted the E-DUO but it was missing a cord. Sodastream support sent me a replacement free of charge after I reached out to see if I could buy one - what a lovely gesture!

Love my sparkles - the E-DUO is a fun upgrade from our previous entry level version. It is one of the few versions compatible with glass bottles, which I prefer in order to be able to sanitise in our dishwasher. Highly recommend!

Customer service was prompt, polite and considerate. my Sodastream Art just stopped working after a year , I called and discovered they would replace it free of charge. I lost phone connection and the agent called me back !! I was surprised and happy that I didn't have to start all over again. Thank you

My phone call with SodaStream customer service rep McKenzie was like a breath of fresh air. She helped resolve my question and she brightened my day!

Spoke with Mckenzie. The Sodastream was not sending the gas properly to the bottle. She created a videoconference and sent a replacement. Very efficient and kind.

Sodastream is great. If there is ever an issue, they have customer service agents ready to help. They are always prompt and polite. I would highly recommend the company.

We have been a customer since around 2018/2019. We finally actually got a new machine and love it. Just got one of the fizz bottles and my husband loves his. Customer service has been fantastic. We have a subscription for the co2 exchange.

Nina handled my issue in the most proficient and cordial manner. The turnaround time was impressive.I could not be happier.
