I returned the Sodastream CO2 cylinders within the allotted time frame. I had the USPS receipt as proof. Due to backlog on their end, the shipment wasn't credited and I was charged a late fee. A call to customer support resolved the issue quickly and they gave me a discount coupon for the next time I shop. Very satisfied with the outcome. I'm happy with my CO2 cylinder subscription in particular and Sodastream in general.

Customer support is fantastic. Knox went out of his way to help me. His responses were fast and efficient.

This concerns Sodastream in Canada. My E-Terra machine, was 18 months old when it failed. I did all the recommended troubleshooting with no luck so I contacted their customer service in Canada. I received a reply the same day and set up a conference video call for two days later. Mika is the person who helped me. He had me go through a few tests and then concluded that it was defective. Offered to send me a replacement machine which I received the very next day. It does not get better than that. No hassle warranty service!

I originally bought this on tiktok's official SodaStream storefront and the machine I received was defective and I called sodastream.com customer support and was able to get a new machine sent to me right away the label sent to me right away I was told to keep all the accessories for the new machine so don't send them back and I am super happy with the product that I received and I am loving it so far and I use it daily to drink 80 to 120 Oz a day out of this machine and I am loving it!!!

McKenzie is a delight to work with!! She is knowledgeable and patient, and it is a pleasure to speak to her. She has helped us with multiple issues having to do with purchasing a different model SodaStream, exchanging co2 canisters with differing attachment types, and a change of address.

Amazing customer service, replaced my expired bottle and leaked flavors

I have been a Sodastream customer for many years. Through the various products I’ve used. I’ve never had an issue with the quality or performance. When I did have an issue with one of their machines, they walked me through a troubleshooting process and confirmed that the issue I had was legitimate and promptly replaced the unit I had at the time. I have recently updated one of my older units to use the new quickchange bottle and once again, I am completely satisfied with the unit, the price and the quality of the customer service.

One of the best if not the best experiences I've had with customer support representatives ever. I was having difficulty navigating the web page place my order I called in and the customer service representative was absolutely peachy. She was able to explain this SodaStream exchange process as well as the subscription and the differences therein. Customer service like what I experienced is unheard of in today's chat bought an AI phone systems world. I would absolutely recommend just Because of my customer service experience!

As a subscriber I have to return the cylinders in time but I didnt pay enough attention because I still have gas. They set emails reminding it. Still I neglectied and at the last moment I made it. The customer service stands customer's side and understand my situation and solved my problem. Thanks for the good job!

Returning CO2 cannisters is an odd process, requiring a photo at the return site, and then emailing that photo directly to Soda Stream. But their customer service via the telephone has always been excellent!

While it was a little difficult to figure out which bottles were compatible with my machine on the website, SodaStream's customer service was fantastic and quickly helped me sort it out. I also really love the new bubbly flavors! Beyond that, SodaStream is a great way to cut down on plastic waste, make a more environmentally friendly choice, and save money compared to buying bottled sparkling water at the store. Overall, a great experience!

The SodaStream Fountain is a very cool machine, however the unit I purchased from Walmart failed after just three months. Something inside it ruptured and water and C02 started leaking.

That being said, my customer support experience was phenomenal. McKenzie went above and beyond to replace the unit, and make sure that I received the RMA number and shipping label to return the defective unit. She actually called ME back after I had not received a shipping label via email. She figured out that my email address was incorrect, and she fixed it. Commendation for McKenzie and SodaStream’s customer support. Very helpful.

Fingers crossed that the replacement unit doesn’t have the same defect as the original one. 🤞

Machine issue just stopped working. But great customer service . The guy "Gift " was great at double checking my issues and warranty a replacement unit

I've always loved my SodaStream but have never needed to contact customer service. Recently, I had a question/request about the availability of one of the flavoring products. I received a response within about 36 hours, they went over and above in terms of their response, and their follow-up (to be sure the solution worked) has been immediate and impeccable. I'm a customer for life.

The customer service with SodaStream has been great the two times I've needed to use it. Both times was just because returning the canisters sometimes doesn't update quickly enough for me to not get an email warning me the canisters haven't been returned, but both times they were quickly able to confirm the canisters were returned with no hassle for me.
