I needed to return my CO2 bottles for the first time and when I called in to have a couple questions answered I was greeted by Sharima who was absolutely wonderful to talk to. She answered my questions quickly and helped me get a new order placed so I won't run out of CO2 while my old bottles are being returned. She's amazing at her job and the Soda Stream product is FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this company, there products and their customer service team. Thank you.

A quick call to support and zero hassle. I described what happened and the rep confirmed the serial number and manufactured date. A few moments on hold and a replacement is on its way to me.

Mckenzie was a delight to talk with. She was more than pleasant and knowledgable. I would love to steal her from Sodastream to work for me. She is a real diamond in the rough!

The SodaStream fountain machine worked great when I first got it, but unfortunately it stopped working after a while. I contacted SodaStream support, and they were very responsive and helpful. They quickly resolved the issue and provided a replacement machine.

While I wish the original unit had lasted longer, the excellent customer service left me with a very positive impression. Thanks, SodaStream!

The product was fine while it worked.
A small piece broke and Sodastream doesnt carry parts for repairs, hence the 3 stars.

CO2 bottle return scheme does not work !

Retuned 2 bottles - got a confirmation email that they had them and then was still charged for NOT returning them. Gte your house in order Sodastream

I had an issue with a new product, the SodaStream Fountain. I called the next morning, during business hours. As a customer care rep, I could tell my issue was not a surprise, and as a person understanding new products have flaws that have to be fixed, I understood they were prepared with an immediate resolution.

The rep on the line immediately knew what to do and took my info. The wait on hold to get the replacement order took a few minutes longer than I'd like, but he was able to get it taken care of relatively swiftly for a Monday morning. No excuses or bs involved, just resolution and execution. I thought of giving 4 stars due to the longer hold time, but the wait could be any number of x-factors and it wasn't really a factor in the service I received

I have a "vintage" SodaStream and we noticed the expiration of the bottle, though there has not been a problem. Lucas pointed me in the right direction and we're already drinking from the new bottles!

I have been using SodaStream products for a few years now. I love how they work. I love being able to make my own carbonated drinks that aren't loaded with sugar. I would highly recommend SodaStream! Also, I have had a couple of occasions to reach out to their customer service department. They are super responsive and helpful! Highly recommended.

I like their machine but the subscription service has terrible accounting. So far three different times I have been charged for not returning empty canisters when each time I have had post office receipts that shows the canisters were returned.
If you don’t notice it they steal the additional $30 every order.

SodaStream’s customer service has always been quick, clear, and incredibly thoughtful.
They handle things like cylinder returns with great flexibility, which I truly appreciate.

I enjoy the products very much. We generally bubble four to six bottles a day - from Bubly seltzer to diet beverages to cocktail mixers. My problem is using the Sodastream website to exchange gas canisters.

Consistently my items are shown by the USPS tracking as being delivered yet they are not marked 'received'. This has happened on the last three or four of my orders, once to the point that I got an email telling me I would be charged for the cannisters since they hadn't been returned in the proper time frame.

Customer Service says the problem is being 'worked on' but nothing has changed in the last year. I guess I'll haul my canisters to the local grocery store for exchange.

Had some issues with the online ordering process due to my address as a PO Box (post office doesn't deliver mail to my physical address) but it was all resolved quickly and easily by Customer Support. My address was corrected in their system as SodaStream delivers via UPS not USPS.

All in all easy process, and super easy to exchange cylinders this way. Also - way less expensive that purchasing new cylinders.

Hint: have an equal amount of empty cylinders before you order the exhange, as you can send back the empties as soon as you receive the new ones and never be late for the return!
