Excellent fast service, ordered soda flavours and they arrived in region, victoria within the week. Customer service also alerted me to their subscription service which i will most certainly take advantage of, to save even more money and also the convenience.

I had an issue with my machine that was only 4 months old. These things happen and Jadine from the customer service team was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a big fan of SodaStream for almost 50 years (yes I remember the individual glass bottles of yester year) Their dedication to excellent customer service is a contributary to the company's longevity. Cassandra was amazing with assisting me with a warranty claim for my Sodastream Duo. I received prompt and very friendly support and I received my replacement Duo within 3 days (including shipping). Thank you so much 😊

I had a faulty machine and I wanted to tell soda stream about it and see if I could to anything to fix.. I sent a email and they got back to me almost straight away. They ended up calling me and we did some trouble shooting. I am very happy with the out come. Don't hesitate to contact them awesome to deal with

An older model Sodastream of mine broke when a canister got stuck in it and couldn't be removed. After a bit of back and forth and with reference to the ACL, the Sodastream representative organised me a free replacement and an upgrade to a newer model. Excellent customer service in the end by a company who recognised and understood that their products must be fit for purpose, even after an expired warranty period.

Contacted support and received a quick and prompt solution of my issue.
Definitely one of the best customer support I have dealt with.

I had misunderstood that not only PO Boxes were not suitable addresses for shipping but so too are parcel lockers. I sent my address update but because of the back and forward, the shipping window was narrowing as I was about to leave for a period of time so I asked if my order could be cancelled and I would buy upon my return. They were exceedingly quick and responsive in cancelling and my money was refunded within a day. I will be buying upon my return as I really like the new stainless steel bottles - I have two already. I couldn't be happier with the service. Well done Sodastream!

Almost three weeks since they accepted my order and my sodastream duo still hasn’t shipped.
After several emails and phone calls all I have is a bunch of platitudes and lies.
Dreadful service and staff that just blame a warehouse upgrade.
If you really really want one, get it in a store not online.

I placed an order over two weeks ago and still have not received it or any updates to the order status. I contacted help and support over a week ago for an update and they promised to respond within 24-72 hours but have heard nothing.

Their delivery from online ordering is a joke! 3 weeks since purchase and item still not sent! I called them and was told 48 hours until I receive email with update. Next day they email saying allow at least 48 hours. Made up some rubbish about new software in the warehouse so no orders can be sent. All stalling techniques from a company that I can only assume is not going to well financially

Order placed 15 July. 14-business day delivery promise elapsed. Emailed sales - no response to this date. Phone call to sales on 6 August - promised email back with update within 48 hours - time has now elapsed. Completely unacceptable communication and business practice. Will be referring to OFT.

I placed my order on July 21st and still have not received the product or any real response. It has now been weeks of silence. I’ve sent multiple emails and spoken with two different phone agents, and each time I’m told something will be done — yet nothing happens. No shipping update, no explanation, no resolution.

This is completely unacceptable for a company selling a product at this price point. I still waiting for the order I paid for, but at this point I have zero confidence it’s even coming. If you’re considering ordering from SodaStream, think twice — because if anything goes wrong, don’t expect anyone to actually help you.
Extremely frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
