Fantastic customer service!
I somehow ended up with too many empty canisters and had difficulty figuring out how get rid of them. I emailed and got an actual human being to help me in less than 24hr. In this day of AI bots I was really thankful for the thorough and prompt help.

I have been a SodaStream customer for nearly 20 years, using the dispenser on a newrly daily basis- so I give them a workout, no rest for the weary! I am in a position to need a replacement so called with a few questions about the currently available products, I had the good fortune to have Zaahra answer my call- I learned so much more about how wonderful my SodaStream is than I had ever considered over those years. Zaahra provided me all the options available without putting any pressure on my decision. I came away better informed and fully persuaded that I purchased the products right for me. It was a pleasure.

I feel if a company cannot take the time to address their customers, then they are totally in it just for the money. Their products are of quality materials, well-made. Shipping is very fast. Amazing customer service. I needed a new return label for canisters printed, the original was over 60 days so I had to contact support. I got pulled away from the chat due to work and my rep helped me anyway. They didn't close the chat, they waited for me to respond and when I didn't respond after about ten minutes they went ahead and emailed me the new return label. I got the email notification before I could even get back to the chat. Amazing!!!!!!!!!

Great product, I might actually use it alittle too much lol, and customer service is even better. They are quick to respond, helpful, and understanding.

I purchased one of the machines at Target, and surprisingly, the cylinder that came with it was empty. I reached out directly to SodaStream to explain the situation and was impressed by their prompt response and excellent customer service. They quickly arranged for a replacement cylinder, which was delivered to my home within a few of days.

I received a prompt and satisfactory refund when there was a billing error. Andy made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer.

I’m a big fan of Sodastream. Recently I returned 2 cylinders late. I was charged a fee that was quickly refunded when my cylinders were received. Excellent customer service. I am very pleased.

Kamani was my customer service rep. She listened, was very helpful to my problem. I bought an E-Duo in May and it broke. She helped me immensely by sending me an email, I took pictures and uploaded them, she immediately ordered a replacement for me; all while on the phone. It was made simple because of her diligence. She even helped me order more products!
I am a loyal SodaStream customer and have been using SodaStream machines for over 17 years (ever since they were for sale at Costco). I am sold on SodaStream and their customer service. They rate an A+ in my book...and I am not the easiest customer to deal with. Thank you, SodaStream, for being a great company and for hiring great people. You make being loyal easy.
