Became a brand fan when working for a renowned kitchen/cooking retailer and have since become a Soda Stream user NO REGRETS!!! Went from spending crazy money on and wasting empties after consuming boxes of cans of sparkling water to keeping my own bottles ready to go at all times with NO WASTE!
Recently I failed to return a box of cylinders on time and via email, a rep agreed to let me return them late which is ABOVE AND BEYOND so obvi BRAND LOYALTY INCREASE again today. Thanks, SodaStream!!! XOXO

Ordered Co2 from Soda Stream. Process was easy. They shipped product and it was somehow damaged while in route to my location. Once it was determined that it was damaged, I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped me two new cartridges. Gabrielle was great and is an asset to the company.

Bought a gift of soda stream for someone who already had what I bought contacted them and they gave me a full refund without any problem at all!

I appreciate customer representatives like Ms. Nolwazi Ntuli. She is super smart; super groovy; and super efficient. She solved all of my problems. I especially appreciate her technical and people skills. She was able to solve a very technical problem with my soda machine. I am going to be a lifetime customer of Soda Stream because of her.

I bought a machine years ago and I guess it finally gave out. Mckenzie with customer support was super responsive, diagnosed the problem, and even gave me a discount on a replacement machine with some extra goodies thrown in.

The CO2 exchange program is super easy to take advantage of either by mail or at local retailers.

I have a hard time drinking still water so being able to make sparkling water in seconds at home really helps me stay hydrated!

Bummer that the machine broke (they don’t repair their machines because of safety concerns) but Mckenzie was awesome and my new machine is on the way with free expedited shipping.

I've been a SodaStream customer for 5+ years; I've gone back and forth on the right solution for my bubbly water needs, but I keep coming back to Soda Stream. I've recently tried to remove plastic from my life, and switched to the eDuo with glass bottles; I had an AquaFizz previously and transitioned to the eDuo when the AquaFizz was discontinued. Recently my eDuo experienced an issue and wasn't carbonating effectively; I reached out to customer support and they got me sorted with a replacement within a day! I've been very well supported and plan to remain a customer for years to come!

We received bottles that weren't compatible with our sparkler machine and received a reply within a couple of days and a refund within a few days after that; we were very satisfied with the competence and generosity, and look forward to upgrading our sparkler machine in the near future.

Consistently high quality products. Delivery is quick, cylinder exchanges are made easy and customer service is fast if needed.

We've been SodaStream customers for more than 10 years now. We had a shipment of flavors show up last week with the new bottles, unfortunately the caps are a bit brittle and some broke during shipment. SodaStream was quick to refund us for the part of the shipment was lost and we really appreciate their customer service.

The technical support was excellent and used a video link so they could see exactly what I was struggling with. They immediately replaced my machine and threw in some syrup for my troubles.

I had so many questions I did not know I had when it came to replacing an older model of soda stream and recycling my old CO2 cartridges and buying the new pink ones.
I was working with Melissa and I felt incredibly taken care of every step of the way.
We now have our new machine and it is working like a total dream.
