Unfortunately this is truly the 1st time ever leaving only 3 stars!! This was an issue with an awful experience with items being damaged to extremely poor packaging! Of course I sent the Sparkling team at least 8 pictures of the damaged to the new syrup bottles with the clear plastic caps. Let me say this if you buy 4 of the same flavors it’ll come in it’s on box of 4 and if anything gets packed on top of those boxes your covers will break like all 8 of mine did! Now I will say that this was a decent size order that if items weren’t in a box it was just thrown in on top of everything!!! The worst packaging I’ve ever seen which is not Sodastream’s fault at all but I can only hope that they would have the proper procedure in place for there distribution centers to follow!!
Of course Sodastream is sending me out all new syrup bottles to replace broken ones and will be looking forward to seeing how they survived shipping this time.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and will continue to do so but would of been nice of them to offer a good discount on next purchase or to even refund me the money for the ones there replacing which is a whopping 25 bucks!! Hopefully they can correct shipping issues and keep taking good care of customers like me!!!

Needed help for returning one Co2 cylinder. One email , I got a reply with the label, simple easy quick, great response

One of very few companies where when you have a problem you can get a human being rather than a stupid computer to help you. Their help is always cheerful courteous and they get the job done quickly. And soda stream is so much better than lugging soda bottles back-and-forth from the grocery store as well as putting additional plastic into our overworked environment.

My family loves sparkling water, if we do not have it, we will not drink any water. We were sent the wrong containers and were nervous about how long it would take to get new containers. Thankfully the process was so quick we had new containers that week! Highly recommend SodaStream has helped my family transition from soda and juice to drinking mostly water.

I received an order from SodaStream that I wasn't expecting. Before I could think to dispute the order, I received a refund and an apology. In addition, they said to keep the order-free of charge! Not only is the company efficient, it is honest. In today's economic environment, this experience has astonished me. I plan on continuing to support SodaStream, a good company.

Customer service is excellent

I’ve been using sodastream for year. This is the first time I had a problem. They sent me a new one right away

We have had a subscription for bubbles for a couple of years and we love it. Recently there was an error in packaging. We didn't receive all the cylinders we were supposed to get. SodaStream looked into it within a few business hours and determined the error was on their part. They took ownership of that and quickly resolved the issue by sending me a cylinder. The whole interaction played out over a few days, but really the ball was only in their court for about a business day. Excellent customer support

Very fast response and they were happy to accommodate my request for longer time before returning the cartridges.

I have the SodaStream Duo, a higher end electric model that has three different preset levels of carbonation that I can make with just the click of a button.
I was hesitant to get this model - I didn't know if it was worth the extra price, and I had a (perhaps silly) reservation that I would be limited to making soda water only where I had a power source.
After now daily using the Duo for just over 1.5 years, I can say with absolute certainty that it is one of my finest purchases.
I drink carbonated water daily, and my SodaStream Duo produces sparkling water with the exact level of carbonation every single time.
I simply could not ask for a better product. I could praise its durable design, luxury materials (a huge component is made of polished aluminum and I have the nice heavy glass bottle), but this product is strides ahead of anything else just on its repeatability alone.
I highly recommend the upgrade.

Sodastream is very timely in shipping replacement chargers and mailing labels for returns. The process is simple. Sodastream provides value and ease. Before I started using Sodastream, I had to carry many two-liter bottles of seltzer up many stairs from the garage to my condo. Now I have canisters delivered to my door. And I never run out.

I’m pleased that SodaStream has recorded both of my cylinder returns and closed the exchanges. It’s reassuring to see everything accounted for in my account. My suggestion would be to make return confirmations and any refund details easier to find, so customers can quickly check that everything is settled.

I ordered the wrong bottles and they promptly refunded me and did not ask me to send them back. Great customer service!

We LOVE our SODASTREAM! We purchased in May 2026. We drink a lot of seltzer and this has been a cost savings for us instead of buying 10 bottles every week in the supermarket. We have cold bubbly seltzer every time we go to the frig. We are also using their exchange program subscription so we never are without a cartridge. The return process is simple and customer service is great!
