When I called I got a fast in person response. He took care of my issue quickly and completely. I have not been with SodaStream very long. I am very happy so far.

The company has incredibly poor customer service and ethics. They charged me for unreturned cylinders just a few days after they charged me for the new ones, and they refused to reverse the charge. They impose an aggressive timeline for returning cylinders despite already putting customers on a subscription, just to induce customers to feel pressured to consume more. I have cancelled my subscription and will be getting my CO2 cylinders from Drinkmate. I already use a Drinkmate carbonator instead of Sodastream.

Very responsive customer service. I had a problem with new machine and they replaced it under my warranty.

Only nice things to say about Soda Stream.

When I had an issue with empty cylinders in my order, they responded quickly to my complaint and sent me out 2 replacements. They do ask for various numbers on the cylinders and had other questions that one has to answer in order to get replacements sent out, but after that they ship them to your door. I guess they get people trying to get free product. That happens nowadays with everything.

The only change that I would suggest in terms of customer experience would be to send notifications when the cylinders are due to be returned. I have been charged for returning them late (although I was refunded this money after complaining).

I talked with Athena, a customer service rep. She was polite and knowledgeable and addressed my concerns professionally. I wil have to say that Sodastream has a great customer service program. I have called them twice and both times they did more than the bare minimum. All of my concerns were covered and they offered me bonuses which made my experience better.

I've been with sodastream for almost 10 years and they have the best customer service department. Everyone is so accommodating and nice. They always treat me great and listen to my needs.

They took care of me and made it surprisingly easy! Plus, the best sparkling water makers…I had one for 10-15 years, tried two other brands and returned to buy again from SodaStream.

I had a mechanical issue about 3 weeks after purchase. Gift, a stellar member of the SodaStream team, was awesome! He was patient and professional. I am very thrilled that SodaStream team members are empowered to take action. I am a very happy customer and consider it an honor to experience such amazing customer service.

The customer support for information is timely and as helpful as far as policy limits go. Agent answered question about adding other items to upcoming gas canister Subscription order. You can get free shipping for those added items and a 10% off. But found out can only add items starting 5 days before ship date. So, support good, it's just the policy that I can't add items while it's on my mind and I have to alert myself to do so at a particular date. I should be able to add items starting anytime before next ship date. I understand if you couldn't add items past a certain date relating to the ship date, but this restriction is not convenient.

After only a few months I began having problems with my Sodastream in that it was difficult to remove the water bottle from the machine after adding the bubbles. As I had purchased it directly from Sodastream, I called their Customer Service number. Didn't have to wait on hold for long before an agent was available to assist. The agent was great - she listened to the nature of the problem and then started troubleshooting. They are able to send a txt link to your phone which enables them to access your phone's camera so they can see the problem. She was able to verify my purchase from the product label inside the cylinder chamber and then watched while I showed her the problem. She asked me to show her the top of the water bottles to verify they weren't damaged and as they weren't, she diagnosed it as a problem with the machine. So without argument she arranged a free replacement machine, which will arrive in a few days. Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service, refund was offered as soon as I gave the details of my problem without my asking. Process included teleview of my machine which was very helpful. This is my 3rd machine, 2 were presents.

I love this company. They are very kind. They get things done. Very helpful. The products are great. I love the way it tastes. So easy to make whatever you want to make. Thanks for the fast service.

It was nice to immediately work with a human--not a bot. She was very helpful and explained my options and came up with a great resolution for me that saved me money. GREAT customer service.

we bought 3 of the Fizz and Go Cool Bottles when we got our Soda Stream Mix. Unfortunately, one of our cap seals went bad. They aren't the same seal used in the plastic bottles. Sent an email asking about getting a replacement. Had a response first thing the next morning, Rather than just sending me a replacement seal, they sent a full replacement bottle, which is amazing considering how short a time I have had the bottles. McKenzie was quick to handle the situation and went above and beyond what I was expecting.

We have had the auto CO2 canister refill service for years and we've always threatened to cancel the service, because it's more hassle than it is worth. Straw broke the camels back today. We signed up for the service to save time and money, as I would suspect anyone who uses this type of service would. The process seems simple: periodically they send us 3 canisters and we mail 3 empties back using a prepaid USPS shipping label that they provide. Simple right? WRONG!! Today, we receive yet another email stating they did not receive the empties and we owe $15 per canister. Now, we have to take time out of the work day to fix their error. We have all the tracking numbers and delivery receipts, because they have sucked for so long. All they need to do is check the tracking number of the shipping label that they sent, and they would see that it had been received! This error has happened a handful of times in the last year. Finally, Sodastream will lose our business while we continue to enjoy their products, but using WalMarts knock-off CO2 canisters. We enjoy sodastream products, but they cannot get their refill service operating smoothly. I'd hate to think this is a purposeful tactic, but I would not put it past them.

Since purchasing the soda stream two months ago, I have found that I have saved $30 a month.

I had a problem with the machine. Their customer service representative was fantastic very patient and very kind and respectful, and I would recommend them to anyone especially in these days. You wish to save some money.

With most companies, it takes days sometimes for the customer service department to respond. SodaStream has ALWAYS responded to any of my inquiries within hours. A mutually agreeable solution was reach with my issue (not theirs), and as always, a very satisfied customer right here!
