Refund
After finding out my puppies microchip didn’t show up on the vets machine & had to get a new one for him. Dianne made the whole process simple with no forms to complete etc. A simple email from my vet as proof & the refund was proceed as promised. Thank you

Diane at SmartTrace resolved my query very quickly and thoroughly. I had been emailed by a similar sounding scam company saying I needed to update my cat’s details giving all erroneous details. I queried it with SmartTrace obviously worried should my cat be lost and Diane dealt with my actual correct registration details which needed updating. Very relieved.
