I receive excellent, assistance from Bree when I was trying to change my house number because some of the numbers had been inverted. She promptly sent me precisely instructions on how to do this and I was quickly able to achieve what I needed. Thank you Bree

I simply had to change my address, phone and email details. However I found the process difficult and far from straight forward. The log in system could be farmor simpler. Furthermore you can not simply speak to someone on the phone, the changes I needed to make would have taken no more than a minute. Thankfully I was contacted by BREE who eventually sorted me out.

Avoid this company, consider using chip works or Pet database instead. I will shortly be taking legal action against them for registering my dogs microchip to someone else without contacting Pet database where the chip is already registered in order to confirm whether I consented to the chip transfer/registration! This is the type of company that will aide and abet frauds. The lack of due diligence by Bree and this company is shocking. Thank goodness I have legal paperwork and evidence from my database, breeder & vet to contend with and I will update here on the outcome.
