Very easy and straightforward procedure of switching to Bulb. Fair price at the beginning and clear conditions. A bit off with the estimated meters reading sometimes but I guess that is the problem you could just avoid by submitting meters regularly or installing smart meters. Can not install for now and being forgetful with sending meters every month that's why ending up with unexpected usage on my account. No major problems. Very responsive. They are the fourth provider I am using in the last eight years and probably the best so far.
