I simply had to change my address, phone and email details. However I found the process difficult and far from straight forward. The log in system could be farmor simpler. Furthermore you can not simply speak to someone on the phone, the changes I needed to make would have taken no more than a minute. Thankfully I was contacted by BREE who eventually sorted me out.

Thandiwe was very polite and efficient in dealing with my problem. I had no waiting time before she answered, unlike many other companies or government which make you wait longer than an hour before they answere.
