I ordered a coat got a parcel from china
And it was a really cheap fleece
Myself and my daughter have been complaining and asking for a refund they said I can choose something else
And pay for my refund to be returned.
As if I would trust to do that.I’ve written again and I’ve contacted the bbb someone said it’s an old ad and they are not in Toronto
It’s china that where the product comes from

Ordered three pairs of leather shoes with grip soles and advertising pure leather and hand crafted good quality and recieved poor quality no grip soles shoes made of vinyl material poor return policy.
Don't buy anything from this place fack wed site all products come from china not from Canada .

Please do not buy from this company!!! They are a complete fraud, the deals are TOO GOOD to be true. There is no store front in Toronto, if you look at their location on the bottom of their website they are located in China.
This is a money grab please do not fall for this. They sane scammers used to have a website called Laura Toronto and were selling the same low quality product and thank got caught by BBB.

They advertise product that looks to be really good quality, attractive and sturdy. What you will receive will be nothing like the advertised picture and description. It is cheap, flimsy and sized wrong.

The 30 day Money-back guarantee sounds great, until you realize it is your obligation and expense to ship the merchandise to China (repeat China). If you don’t pay for track and trace there is no guarantee you will be refunded. If there is any problem in shipping you will not be refunded, and so on … so the message to you is, you may never know the reason why we decided not to refund.

Lesson learned! I don't usually fall for `too good to be true` websites but I did. I had a few hesitations (orange flags at the time) but proceeded with purchase anyway.
WHAT A MISTAKE!!! Those orange flags turned out to be red flags! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. Cheap Chinese knock-offs. I won't say what the orange flags were for fear these scammers upgrade their deceptive ways but will simply state that doing trusted review searches on trusted sites is priceless. Please share and add to any review sites you trust and use.

I got sucked in, so I am leaving this review to warn others.

I cancelled a $830 order (Aug 24, '25) within 24 hours and was told the items were on their way and that I had to wait to receive them to return. Weeks later, 2 parcels arrived from China (NOT A SHOP IN TORONTO, CANADA! THEIR WEBSITE PHOTOS ARE FAKE MODELS!) I didn't open them but refused delivery. I took pictures of the unopened packets when they arrived, and again at the post office with "Canada Post" in the background. They had wanted me to take photos if the items, but I'm 100% sure that if I had opened the 2 parcels to take photos, they would have claimed the items were "used". I provided the return tracking numbers as they requested - to the address in Vancouver which they said was their warehouse. They gave all kinds of ridiculous excuses for the delay of my refund. Now it's two months later and I'm still fighting for my refund - they have the items AND my money. I reported this fraud to my credit card bank and they are investigating, but even that takes several months. They had the nerve to send me an email demanding ~$120 re-stocking fee! Funny how "Sinclair Toronto" has not responded to my emails inquiring where my refund is. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these thieves!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!

Well, I certainly leaned my lesson on this one! Just awful. Absolutely could have gotten a better quality deal from Temu. Just cost $75. No hope of getting it back. My bad!

Just to reiterate what everyone is saying, Sinclair Toronto is a scam website. It is a Chinese company selling poor quality products for highly inflated prices. You could get better clothing from Temu for way cheaper. The money-back guarantee is a lie, they will only "give your money back" if you DHL the item back to China for $200+. Do NOT buy anything from Sinclair Toronto.

This company is a total scam. They are not out of Toronto Ontario Canada. They are out of China. The store is not closing. These are not discounted prices .
If I could give them negative stars, I would the junk that I was sent and had no cooperation from them to try and return. It was disgusting. Stay away from this company.

As many said here, don’t fall for the name or the pictures. I ordered a pair of pants, and the quality is worse than that of the dollar store. The prices are so high for the quality, and the 30-day money-back guarantee is a scam. They give so many excuses; when they offer options, these are only for their benefit. They are located in China, which is the worst if you want to return the piece.

Ordered 2 tops in April/2025. Only received one…months later.
They have plenty of excuses..colour no longer available, so I confirmed a new colour which surprise, surprise went missing then it was resent and never arrived and now they are sending me response emails that they sent months ago about choosing another colour. Four months later…nothing! THE WORST!

Sinclair Toronto is a scam!!! I tried to cancel immediately after ordering but was declined. The clothing and sandals sent are worse than dollar store quality. I feel robbed and cheated!!!

This is a scam company assuming an identity of a Canadian store. Items ship from China..Fabric is polyester not linen cotton! I paid 69.00 Canadian dollars for an item that is very substandard.

Scam! This place does not exist in Toronto and never has. They misrepresented themselves and I fell for it. It’s been weeks since I’ve placed my order and I’ve received nothing but got a shipping notification today that my items are on their way from China, even though I asked them to cancel the order less than 24 hours after placing it. If I ever do get anything it probably won’t be worth nearly the $300 I paid. I should’ve researched them BEFORE I “bought” anything. A quick google search of “Sinclair-Toronto Reddit” would have told me all I need to know and that they don’t really exist and never have. They’re scam drop shipping crap that no one wants, and that’s IF it ever arrives.

And on top of that their website boasted they had over 7000 positive 4 and 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. Wrong! When I confronted their “customer service” about this they claimed there was a problem with how Trustpilot was displaying their ratings. You can’t win with these crooks.

I discovered that this online store is a business located in China with no brick and mortar in Toronto.

Sinclair-Toronto is a scam web site who pretend to be the original Toronto based Boutique, which closed their doors. A Chinese company has taken over their name and reviews, but they are falsely advertising quality clothing, but send out overpriced rags. They advertised high quality linen and price it as such, but what you get are cheap printed 100% polyester replicas. Their return policy is also a scam and discourages mailing it, because they suggest the highest priced couriers.
