All went well until I wanted to return something. They did not want to take it back. After going in circles talking to their robots & getting nowhere, I got a live person, it was okayed, I pay the shipping & I'd be reimbursed. I received a credit for one item of the two items in the return package. I sent them a copy of the shipping but was never reimbursed, Now I am getting the silent treatment, I write them but no reply. They need to clean up their act.

My parcel arrived & I did not have great expectations after reading the reviews, but I had hoped. The sweater was styled like the picture but instead of the pretty gold it was beige & instead of a fine knit it was a stretchy rib knit that was very cheap definitely not worth the price with threads hanging everywhere. I will not try to return based on what others have said but definitely not worth it. Unfortunately these websites are everywhere.

It showed my parcel would be delivered Mon. Oct.6th, It came Oct. 7th & I was out so they could not get in controlled building. Now Oct. 10th & still not delivered. Have written them but not heard back. I have waited at home at their delivery time for two days with nothing.

I knew what I wanted, unfortunately what was in my basket on my cell phone, was not in my basket on my computer. I like the computer as items are larger. It was easy to check out as I have purchased previously.

I have shopped at Light in the Box numerous times over the years but this time was very frustrating. I was fine until I went to check out, for some reason the robot picture thing kept going around & making me pick the pictures over & over & I clicked one too many times & was locked out. I chatted with them & I reset my password twice & it still kept saying I was locked out. I waited a day & tried again still locked out! Not sure if I will shop with them again or not, if I do hopefully they will have figured out why this is happening & unlock my account with them.
