Trying to return the garbage I received is like trying to solve world peace. The clothing is an absolute joke and I have pictures to prove it. Buyer beware. Don’t waste your money. This is a total scam out of China and not a Charleston boutique AT ALL.

I returned two pairs of shoes and never got reimbursement....they claim my package was never received.

Ordered what looked like a knit sweater. Got the ugliest polyester printed shirt EVER. Return policy? Ship it back to Asia at my expense and a $20 restocking fee. Will NEVER order from this company again!

Absolutely a zero! Scam of a business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They have stolen photos from other sites, item received is not the item posted, hold you responsible for return postage and tell to it isn’t worth your expense.

If I could give this company 0 stars it would still be too many. The item I received resembled the item advertised in color only: not fabric, not design. It was cheaply made—really cheap fabric—the neck which wasn’t even supposed to be a turtleneck—was too skinny to fit over my head. When I asked to return it, was told it would be returned to Asia at my expense with a $20 restocking fee. Their “customer service” response? 60% off ANOTHER item! This company is a SCAM—a legitimate looking website fronting awful products and WORSE customer service. Do not buy from them.

I would not give this mob a single star. The item I received bore no relation to that which I received. It was shoddy and nasty. The website says it operates no-hassle returns which is a blatant lie because it demands that the customer pay a £40 to return the tat to China only offering a 10% refund. All in all it is a scam. Do not buy anything from rogue operator

I ordered two sweaters. They were not sweaters they were a sort of weird sweatshirt material with a printed design. I emailed them asking for a refund. After two weeks they came back and said because I had bought them during the sale I could not get a refund. I could get new products and pay for shipping. They are posing as an American Co., shame on me for not figuring that out! Don't waste your money!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order.I ordered two dresses, one did fit and other one is small,poor quality. The website says its London but the order is from China no paper work inclosed,now I emailed the so called Sarah explaining about the oder and would want to return the small one for a refund. I was asked to send proof to show the dress is small, which I did.From 1st of February up to now I haven't heard anything from them.

The "Sweater" I ordered was not a sweater. It was a slippery polyester material. Looked cheap. The feel was not good, the shape was odd. I tried to return the item and after many emails and requests to share a photo of why I did not like the item, they said returning is a long and expensive process and recommended I exchange the item. Not thank you! Chalk this up to experience! I would never order from this place again!

Total scam-the website is designed to give the impression they’re based out of Charleston, SC. Two blondes in a small boutique and even their ‘about us’ claims their brand was developed in SC. Once you receive your tracking, you find that your merchandise is coming from China. It arrives like Dollar Tree clothing and it’s impossible to return bc you have to pay the shipping back to China and a $20 restocking fee.

Can you give less than one star? I ordered a pair of ‘orthopedic’ shoes from this company. I got no receipt from them after the order. It took months for the shoes to arrive-I had actually forgotten about them. They came with an apology for lateness. When I looked at the shoes I was shocked at the quality. I did not expect top-dollar orthopedics, but wanted something comfortable to wear around the house. These shoes were made of a material so cheap(some faux leather) that had little substance or strength, so the sides were bowed in with no support for the foot whatsoever. There was no arch in the shoes. My feet were splayed within the shoes-flatter than a pancake. I contacted the company and asked to return them. They advertised free returns. I was told I would have to pay the cost of returning the shoes to the warehouse in Asia, plus a restocking fee of $20. All this would take many weeks and the actual refund would be little. These shoes were advertised as being in stock in their store-not in Charleston, but somewhere in Illinois, per the shipping address on the package. I tried to reason with them, but got nowhere. Do not buy from this place. I think their ‘store’ is a front for cheap Asian items and they do not treat their customers with any degree of honesty.

Very disappointed in the quality of items, the velvet jacket especially. The ordered 2 dresses, I was sent the same dress in 2 different colours. Very poor

The product doesn't look anything like the pictures on their website. They must have been heavily photoshopped or image retouched. I purchased shoes and a blouse. Both items' quality is really bad!
Even though the items were marked as on sale, I definitely way overpaid!
Do not shop here. You will regret!

A total scam. They sent an item that has bears no resemblance to what was shown. When I brought it to their attention with pictures to prove the error they put forth an impossible return option that ends up costing me even more. I will never order from them again. Beware!!!!

There is NO RETURN POLICY!!!! Regardless of what they say, you are on the hook for what you spent. Their products are trash. The descriptions misrepresent the items they feature. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The products (sweaters) are of very cheap fabric and do not look anything like the products shown on the website. Additionally, they make it very difficult to return/refund. They charge $20/item to return and the return goes to China and you have to absorb all the shipping & customs fees.

Charleston storefront concept completely deceptive. All clothing from China ( they DO state this in their Return policy section if you take the time to read it before purchasing) CLothes are TERRIBLE quality and not at all as stated. The "denim" dress I bought is not made of denim but some cheap viscose/plastic like material. The second "dressier" dress is so cheap feeling and does not even come with labels to say what the fabric actually is. When I asked to return they told me about the expense of shipping to China and the restocking fee that would leave with very little of a refund. DO NOT BUY
