I'm only rating this 1 because 0 is not available. They are scammers and are selling inserts for Longchamps bags that do not fit. They send from China and have nothing to do with Toronto. I got a small partial refund and then notified Longchamps and Instagram. They are frauds.

I would rate 0 if I could. The company advertises being based in Toronto, but it is based in China. The bags are counterfeit. Returning the items is a perilous endeavour, based on the company’s approach in this regard: no return label provided, extra custom fees, no liability if spelling error in the return address in China, no liability if package is lost despite the tracking option being mandatory, etc. Of course, none of those conditions are indicated on the website. This is all a scheme to deceive people with their .ca website address, and ultimately rob them. STAY AWAY.

I’ve been wearing these Oxford shoes to work almost every day now. Didn’t even need to break them in; super comfortable from day one. They’ve got that nice balance of sturdy and classy. The leather still looks fresh even after walking through a bit of rain.

Customer service deserves a shoutout here. I messaged them about sizing and got a kind, detailed reply within an hour. The blouse fits beautifully now; light, comfy, and breathable. It’s rare to find a brand that still feels this human to shop from.

Company is selling fake Longchamp bags! I have 2 original bags and the one i ordered from Mason is a fake. The straps are shorter than on a real bag. The company is not out of Toronto, but China and there is no phone# or proper return instructions posted on their website.

I inadvertently ordered two Longchamps inserts. I reached out immediately to cancel one. Emily responded that I could either cancel or get 20% off, change the colour and shipping address. So I took this route. Never got the discount or the second insert. Have been communicating with Laura for the past month who insists the second insert was shipped with the first. It was not. Only one insert was received. I sent her all supporting emails with Emily but she never references them only that “after carefully checking” she can confirm that the insert was shipped with the first. She sent me a picture of the package. She must have X-ray vision to see that there were two in the package. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will never get your refund or the item that’s missing. They promise you can make a change but it doesn’t happen. Yes they reach out asking if everything arrived but if there’s a problem there is no initiative taken to investigate or correct the problem. I try to support small businesses but Mason Toronto is a SCAM. BTW I found the exact inserts on Amazon for a third of the price with free returns. I would have given a zero rating if possible.

Well, after arguing with Laura for a month and a half I have finally given up. Instead of sending the missing insert ($29 value) and making this customer satisfied they have chosen to imply that I’m lying. They insist that the second insert was sent in the same package as the first. Laura even went so far to say maybe the second insert was stolen. Now how can that be if they were both sent in the same package and one was received. They obviously do not care about their reputation and for $29 are happy to have another unsatisfied customer.

This is not a Canadian company. The quality of the item was not as promised. Returns are available, but you must pay for shipping to China, which may involve customs issues and refunds are subject to the manufacturer's whim. That said, this is on me because I did not read the reviews before ordering.

DO NOT BUY ! Items are fake and not the authentic product as shown. They will not give you a refund despite what they say on the website.

The elegant jacket is not elegant - they are cheap and this store is a scam - if you used your credit card here buying you will get fraud.

Items shipped too long and mentioned failed delivery when receiver did't even receive any message from courier.

Jacket is made from cheap polyester - even Temu or Shein is better and the bad thing when you ask them for refund its like you are the victim and they deserve the right to send you something cheap. They only provide you 20% refund - how did this store manage to go CA and people buy it.

They are not located in Toronto. All are fake, terrrible quality, just cheap polyester, not the produts that they show. Arrived almost 1 month after the purchase from China, no brands, just nice pictures. The company is recently founded, august 2025, they are not closing, they are steling your money.

Fake items that are poor quality!!! Unbranded made in China knock offs that are so cheap looking . These are bad people ripping off well meaning customers. Received incomplete shipment and who knows if the rest will come.

Didn’t think I’d end up liking this dress so much. It just hangs right, not too tight anywhere. The fabric feels nicer than I expected for the price.

Do not listen to any positive reviews this company is putting up here, this is a SCAM. Spent $170 on “le pilage” bags, never received any product, received fake emails, asked for a refund and never given one. I’ve reported them numerous places but save yourself the headache, do not give your money to these fraudulent criminals.

Bought this blouse for a holiday trip and ended up wearing it nonstop. It’s super light and folds easily without wrinkling. The colour’s lovely in real light. Can’t wait to wear it again once it warms up.

I wear these boots almost every day now. Walked all over Amsterdam last weekend and not a single blister. The leather’s holding up nicely, still looks new even after rain. I’d totally buy them again.

Total rip off .was supposed to get jacket and received an ugly sweater .They stole my money . Sad .😡

DO NOT ORDER FROM MASON TORONTO! Total scam. I received an item that was nothing like it was pictured or described. And now to return it would cost more than what I paid. It would have to go back to Asia. Clearly they use a manufacturer and have no idea what they’re getting from them. I can’t believe they attach their name to this garbage. Boutique? What a joke! Never shopping with them again. Total loss of my money.

Fraud alert!!! Just received their purse. Instead of a tote bag that was on the pictures on their website, received a tiny wallet-size purse that doesn't match the item description at all.

I would give this SCAM company less than zero for a review if that was an option. Nothing is as advertised. They basically just steal your money- hassle free 30 day returns? NO WAY. They make it next to impossible to return. at best you can get 30% back. Everything comes from China and is so incredibly poorly made. I ordered the Grace modern trench jacket and it was more like a shiny garbage bag. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! They also have about 15 other companies with different names but sell all of the exact same products. Buyer beware!
