Hi Julie,

Thank you so much for sharing this with us! We are so glad to hear the wipes have helped keep your Lab's teeth clean since her cleaning, and that the buildup around her gums has cleared up. It also means a lot that she perseveres through it, even though she is not always thrilled about the process, that really shows how much you care about her routine.

Thank you again for trusting VetPets to be part of her care 💙🐾

Hi Sally,

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we would like to help get your subscription sorted out.

The "Save 20% With Routine Care" option appears above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page and can be unticked before adding items to cart if a one-time purchase is preferred. Our subscription policy requires a minimum of two billing cycles before cancellation, which reflects the discount applied to the subscription price, though customers can pause or skip orders anytime through the customer portal.

To cancel your subscription, please reach out to us directly at info@shopvetpets.com with your order details, and our team will be happy to assist you right away.

Hi Tennis,

Thank you for reaching out about this, and we would like to help clarify what may have happened at checkout. A total of £271 would be unusually high for our standard 2 tub minimum order, so this may have been affected by a bundle selection, quantity entered, or a subscription option at checkout rather than reflecting our standard pricing.

We would love the chance to help you get this sorted so you can still try the product. Please reach out to us directly at info@shopvetpets.com with any screenshots of what you saw at checkout, and our team will be happy to look into this with you.

Hi Darts,

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we would like to help resolve the issue with continued notifications after cancellation, as this should not be happening once a subscription is cancelled.

Regarding pricing, the "Save 20% With Routine Care" subscription option is available above the "Add to Cart" button and can be unticked before adding items to cart if a one-time purchase is preferred, and our subscription policy is available for review on our website.

We would like to look into your account directly to confirm the cancellation and stop any further notifications. Please reach out to us at info@shopvetpets.com with your order details so our team can investigate this for you right away.

Hi Oddie,

Thank you so much for sharing this detailed feedback, we really appreciate it. We are glad to hear the website and e-book have been helpful so far, and we hope the product continues to show good results for your dog's dental hygiene over time.

We also appreciate you flagging the shipping time, as this is genuinely helpful for us to hear. To clarify, VetPets is a Sweden-based company, though our products are shipped from international manufacturing partners, which is part of why delivery can take a bit longer than some other options in today's marketplace.

Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope the results continue to impress 💙🐾
