I ordered an item, which i couldn’t get to work. I contacted the company, who immediately emailed back. Kaus,their spokesman, did absolutely everything to find a solution. He was amazing. After we had tried so many things, he has refunded the purchase price. I am impressed, and would recommend this compsny.

After promptly receiving my order, I found a very distinct problem with item that I had ordered and immediately made Yaycart aware of this - requesting a refund.
They quickly came back to me, accepting my request and the refund was with me within days.
Problems occur everywhere, but how they are handled is the sign of how reliable a company is. I only gave 4 stars because of the product problem, but will use Yaycart again.

I recently received an order that I wasn't happy with. Customer service excellent and have been offered a full refund without question.
I will add that I have previously ordered items from here that have been exceptional good and very happy with. So my recent disappointment will not deter me from ordering from here again.

Ordered about a fortnight ago and still not had any emails,updates ,cannot email them as it's not working,if I don't hear next couple of days I will be reporting them

I saw this product advertised on Facebook and clicked onto the site and ordered 1 item.
This whole process only took a couple of minutes and the website was very well laid out and easy to use.
