Hi Natasha,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to be charged for something you didn't expect, and we'd like to look into this for you directly.
Our RoutineCare subscription option is shown on the product page, just above the "Add to Cart" button, and can be unticked before checkout if you'd prefer a one-time purchase. We recognize this isn't always as clear as it should be, and we're actively reviewing how this is presented to make sure customers have full visibility before ordering.
Regarding the product itself, we're sorry to hear it hasn't made the difference you were hoping for. We do offer a 100-Day Money Back Guarantee, so you're welcome to reach out to our support team for a refund or to discuss your experience further.
Please contact us at info@shopvetpets.com with your order details, we'd like to make this right for you.
Kind regards,
VetPets Team
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! I bought some finger wipes that are not what I’d call textured and completely useless. A month later I received an email advising me a second order was on its way which I had not placed. I immediately checked I hadn’t inadvertently set up a subscription and my account confirmed no subscription. I emailed explaining I did not place an order requesting cancellation and refund. Response was that I had a subscription which I absolutely did not! Requested a refund again to be told I can return the order but will have to pay postage. They are obviously scammers & absolutely outrageous that this can happen. I would give no stars if it was an option.

Hi Diane,
Thank you for taking the time to share this, we'd like the chance to look into what happened here and make this right.
We understand how concerning it must have been to see your account show no subscription while a second order was still processed. This does sometimes happen due to a display discrepancy on our end, and in these cases we're able to confirm and cancel the subscription directly once we're made aware, rather than relying on what's shown in the account portal.
We'd also like to revisit the return process with you directly, as there may be options available depending on your specific situation.
Please reach out to us at info@shopvetpets.com with your order number so we can look into this properly and get it resolved for you.
Kind regards,
VetPets Team
Excellent customer service
I ordered some plaque wipes from this company and by mistake I was sent ear wipes. However, I contacted the customer service team and a lady called Emma helped me with my order mix up she was absolutely great and sorted my order out for me to ensure I got the correct wipes.

Great product
Great product. No complaints there. Only fly in the ointment was the time it took to arrive. Waiting one week was a bit too much. These days most businesses can have their products to us in days.

Thank you for the kind words, and for being so fair about the delivery. We understand that a week can feel long when you're waiting for something for your dog, and we've shared your comment with our team. We're glad the product has been working well for you.
Looking real good! Suggest a small adjustment ...!
I think the product is fun to use, the Dog Jack likes it, and it might actually be working? Too soon to say, I think.
However, the sleeve is really tight on my finger, and I'm just a normal-sized guy with normal-sized fingers. My finger doesn't fully go into the sleeve. You may want to widen it just a little ....
That's it ...

Thank you, Renny, and a hello to Jack. We're glad you're both enjoying the routine, and thank you for the honest note on the sleeve.
If it feels snug on your index finger, you could try your little or ring finger and wrap the wipe loosely around the fingertip, which some people find easier. We've shared your suggestion with our team.
Tear stains virtually gone!
Our 5 year old Bichon, Daisy, had really bad tear stains to the point that people thought she was older than our 9 year old Bichon. Nothing we tried worked until I saw the ad for VetPets eye wipes. I started using them daily in May 2026..... what a transformation! Our groomer said today that Daisy's tear stains had been the darkest she had seen and she could not believe that now they had virtually gone. VetPets eye wipes are so good.

Easy to Use
Using these is easy and doesn't traumatized my dog like brushing.
I'd give 5 stars but I really do not like auto ship.
I'll buy again, but I will decide when.

Don’t Waste Your Money!!
These wipes are supposed to be..as stated…
“Textured finger wipes that actually scrub plaque off the gum line. No fight, no stress, no expensive vet cleanings”
Honest description is …These wipes are not textured, the video of the dog having their teeth cleaned has a sound effect like it’s actually gently scrubbing ..that’s not correct either as there is no noise with these wipes, they are quite useless and certainly not worth spending your the money! Very disappointed!

I use Freshwipes on my two dogs teeth nearly every day. Both are therapy dogs and when I say we are going for a "visit" they both lineup to get brushed and their teeth cleaned and therapy scarves on. Of course there is always a treat involved! The wipes help to keep their teeth clean and breath fresher.

Great product, in my opinion.
So easy to use these finger wipes for cleaning dog's teeth. I have two 8 month old dog's and I use the wipes to clean their teeth. I started wiping my finger around their mouth before the wipes arrived. It made it so much easier and they didn't mind the addition of the finger wipes. I started off using paste and a brush. But this is less stressful for my dog's using the dental wipes. I would definitely recommend. You can halt or delay delivery as you choose.

I have got 4 tubs of the eye wipes for my French Bulldog and they have done amazing for her eyes who normally gets her eyes cleaned between 5/6 times a day. She is on steroids and drops for her eyes from the vet but have not helped in the least. My vet said she had dry eye. I also think she has parasites due to her scratching and biting at her nails and in between them. She also scoots along the floor which are all signs of parasites. I have bought medication online for her so hopefully they help her. Get the eye wipes for you furry animal as you will love using them. Thank you.

Can’t get out of subscription until you’ve already paid two months for shoddy product
Ships from China. Poor quality. Easy to sign up to a subscription without realising and then you can’t cancel until you’ve ordered twice, unless you pay the cost difference between subscription and non subscription. Even then they still ship and still charge. Unsurprisingly no free returns. Avoid. This is a scam
