BEWARE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company is keeping my money for a product that I NEVER received. I ordered and paid for a product for my dog at the beginning of July. 2 1/2 weeks later, I contacted the company to see where my order was and was told it was delivered. However, the product was not delivered here to my house. It wasn’t delivered to my neighbors so I reached back out to the company and they have yet to respond to the for follow up emails that I have sent request requesting a refund for the product that I never got and I am still waiting on my refund. Very very poor customer service.

My food obsessed dog won’t even touch it so it’s never going to work. I emailed the contact address to ask for a refund if it clearly isn’t going to work and I never heard back from them

I am little baffled when I ordered the product I didn’t realize it was subscription. There was no written descriptions in any way that I was signing up for subscriptions. I decided to not to order from them due to my 2 dogs having diarrhea from their product. Now I get a notification that my subscription delivery has been shipped out. I go online and I can’t find any instructions on canceling my subscription and it took me over 30 minutes to figure out. When I emails the customer service, they responded and said I will lose my discount if I didn’t keep my subscription.
Now I have to figure out how to return my merchandise for refund and which it said it will take 7-1 after they receive the returned items to China ?
My other question is, is this company from China? Why is it coming from China?

Product worked but they signed me up for the subscription which I did not authorize. It was also difficult to find where to cancel. Its to bad because I would have reordered on my own, now I wont.

Do not order from this company.
If they have to rely on hidden subscriptions to make money that is very sad. And to try and cancel takes a Tech wiz to find how. Scam stay away. And to make it worse there is no change in my dogs breath. Money wasted all round.

I had high expectations based on previous reviews but this product is a SCAM! Not only does it NOT work, it makes your dog worse. His anxiety increased, he became more reactive and he also did not stop vomiting. Please do not trust these products. Seek proper vet advice and save your money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I purchased PupDose’s dog dental cleaning product, but after using it, my dogs became sick. I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund and cancel my subscription.

Despite multiple attempts, my subscription remains active, and the website will not allow me to cancel it. Each time I contact customer support, I receive the same automated response instead of having my issue resolved. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the lack of customer service, dogs got sick, and inability to cancel my subscription.

I wanted to order some seaweed for my dogs breath. Usually I’m pretty good at researching online before buying anything new.. but in this case I didn’t do my due diligence.
I ordered from PupDose and received their dental powder for dogs. It was only because the delivery took so long, around 10 days, that I went back online and took a second look. On the face of it the website looks good, and reviews appear positive. But digging a little deeper and I cannot find a single positive review that looks authentic. A ‘red flag’ I cannot get past.
So, I have a load of doggie dental powder that is of ‘unknown pedigree’. Option 1 - feed it to my dog and keep my fingers crossed. Option 2 - throw it away and do some proper research…
I love my dog, pass me the rubbish bag.

They keep taking money from your account even though you don’t sign up for multiple delivers and still continue even after say they will stop taken it.

It should be stated on the website it's made in China and comes from China. If I'd have known that I would not have ordered it. Some things they put in products are legal in China but not legal in the US.

Seems this is a scam dont waste your money

This company is scam - they falsely advertise. Product comes from China, they claim it is coming from South Korea which is false bc the tracking shows China and meanwhile I thought this was a US product. Do no trust, they avoided canceling my order or refunding.

I received PupDose. Allergy & Immunity Tried many places to cancel as my dogs allergic to poultry and these are turkey flavor. My dog started itching and scratching so bad made bloody places. I could never get anyone on phone or assistance. Or confirmation of cancellation. 573)429-9995 Susan

I am requesting your assistance with an order I placed on July 7.

Before placing my order, I was informed that orders typically ship within 1–2 days. It has now been well over a week and a half, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any proof that my order has actually shipped.

I have repeatedly requested the tracking information, but each time I was told someone would look into it. To date, I have not received a tracking number or any confirmation that the order is in transit.

Because the merchant has been unable to provide evidence that my order has shipped, I requested a refund directly from them, but my request has not been addressed.

At this point, I am asking that you please investigate this matter and process a refund for my purchase.

I can’t yet comment on the quality of the product because I haven’t received it.
I will comment on the ability to get information regarding tracking and actually canceling the subscription which it conned me into in order to get a good deal. It was a pain in the ass to cancel, but I figured it out and as for the tracking I have to subscribe to a tracking app to track something I’ve already paid for which makes absolutely no sense and even then the app that it directed me to is telling me it doesn’t have the information. I canceled that subscription as well.
Hoping this is not a scanner, but we will see

I wish I could rate zero! This is a SCAM! They take your money, process the order and tell you its on its way and provide a phony tracking number. When asked about it they give the same response. I've been waiting for one week to receive my order. I'm done with these Facebook ads, I have yet to find a reputable company. I will stick with my vets recommendations instead.

Awful customer service. Did not realise this was a subscription and promptly cancelled it and my order within 1 hour of making it. Got an email to say my money would be refunded and subscription would be cancelled. Goods arrived despite me cancelling the order, money was not refunded and a complete waste as my dog wouldn’t even touch the product! Don’t waste your time on this

Heard and read good things about the product so I decided to try for my 2 dogs

I have tried several times to cancel,I never received my first order and have emailed 2 times.Im getting pretty upset I just want a refund
