Got locked into monthly payments, and cant get answer re cancelling. Might have to resort to cancelling my credit card in order to stop future payments

Be really carefull when ordering something! Website is builted that you make allmost automatically some constant order even notising that! Difficulties to see account and what is order status and where to cancel orders.

They are using highly deceptive checkout methods to trap customers into recurring subscriptions without transparent consent. I have been locked into ongoing charges that I never wanted. Even worse, their cancellation process is a complete nightmare. I have spent MONTHS struggling, sending emails, and exchanging messages with their support team, yet they refuse to stop charging me. Forcing customers through endless hurdles to stop payments is completely unacceptable and violates consumer protection laws. Save yourself the extreme financial headache and stay far away from this site.

The eye wipes work great for my dog! My dog likes me cleaning his eyes/face!

Do not purchase from them. They charged my card again from an order i filled in September on the eye wipes. I did not ask for a monthly subscription. I am trying to dispute with them by only way of email. Company website does not list any other means of contact.I've also placed a dispute with my master card company.

Took a while to receive my order but got it ok now. Started using it on my older dog but not long enough to see if it works. Time will tell.

The product itself is fine.
Very disappointing experience. I requested cancellation of my subscription and received email confirmation BEFORE another order was processed. Despite this, I was charged again and further goods were dispatched.

Trying to manage or cancel my account through the website has been an absolute nightmare. The account management links do not work, the verification process redirects me to an older portal and the alternative login option repeatedly produces the same error message.

I have contacted the company multiple times, submitted the website form and provided screenshots, yet I am still having to chase this up.

I should not have to pay return postage or be out of pocket for an order that was processed after my cancellation had already been confirmed.

A subscription service should make cancelling just as easy as signing up. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating experience with poor account management and unnecessary hassle.

Still waiting for my subscription to be permanently cancelled and a full refund to be processed (not returning goods at my own expense or 30% refund).
At this rate when my credit card expires is when this will finally end.

I wish I had read reviews because so many others are having this same issue, where you have signed up unknowingly via a routine care tick box (invoice does not state its monthly), poor lack of account management where they can’t even find the account but of course the bank details to rob you.
Even did the right thing by them and accepted the 3 orders (2 of which were not needed). In Australia we have the ACCC / Consumers Act. So now my time is spent seeing if there is similar in America for customers being taken advantage of.

The teeth wipes work just as described in the on line advertisements.

These wipes dont work. Zero came off my my dogs teeth

I somehow got signed up for a subscription of a product. Tried to cancel it once I was notified but was told it was too late. Then when I tried to contact the company to return, I got no responses; this was after several emails, online forms and calling (even though they state on website that they respond within 24hrs). I had to contact my cc company to dispute the charges! This experience has made me suspicious and uncomfortable with this company.

THIS IS A CON...product is poor and without my agreement or knowledge they have set up a monthly repeat order so getting the same order repeated each month.Also product takes weeks to come 2nd unwanted item has still not arrived and so i have to send it back to USA TO GET A REFUND ...

Shopvetpets have charged and sent a second order which I did not want or ask for. I can now no longer contact them as their website shows as not found. I did not want a second order than I am now stuck with and cannot find a way to cancel future orders. Annoyed is an understatement.

Still trialing the wipes. I just had my dogs teeth cleaned as they had lots of tarter and plaque and I wanted something to keep her teeth clean from now on. So far so good but it has only been about 3 weeks the wipes are easy to use and I can get to every tooth because my finger can feel what I am doing. My dog is ok with me cleaning her teeth and it's a daily ritual.

I paid £31 for the eye wipes thinking they were special. I think not! I paid £5.99 for another brand on eBay and they have exactly the same ingredients in !! Pure rip off 🤬

AVOID! I placed one order, and received that. A month later, I get a notification from my bank that they are taking another amount, and sending me another order. I didn’t order this second order, nor do I want it. Upon going onto the website I see I’m classed as having a subscription, I didn’t agree to that, so cancelled it and asked for a refund. The next day, I get an email to say my order is being packaged. I return to the site, yet again I have an active subscription and the order is going ahead. I have asked them yet again to cancel the order, but whether they will or not I don’t know.

I have been using the tooth wipes for nearly a month Both my dogs have accepted me putting my finger in their mouths, and even queue up to be first to have their teeth cleaned The only small problem is the size, I can only just get my finger in to the wipe, with a struggle, and my husband has had to forego the nightly routine, his digits being larger than mine. Other than that, can't fault the service from Vetpets they are definitely on the ball.

Steer clear. First they delayed delivery until I chased a few times. A month later a second order that I did not make was sent and I was charged again. This is despite not having a subscription or repeat order.

Be careful! When you order there’s a small checkbox save 20% with routine care which is ticked automatically. This means you have a monthly subscription which you don’t want. Very annoying

Be careful with your order. You think you are buying one time from this company, but in reality they register your card and details and make it monthly subscription. So you will end up paying every month for the same product you are buying right now. On their website , you can login to your account and you will see no subscription. but when you contact support, they will give you another link which is not accessible from their website via menu, and you will see that you have an actual subscription to purchase same product every month. I bought their FreshWipes Plaque Relief Kit. now they shipped another order without my knowledge and they dont want to refund me asap. They want me to send the product back from Europe to USA on my own expense, and once they receive it , i will get my money back. Their money back guarantee is BS. Just be careful. no comment on their product since i have used it 5 times and have not seen any result. so i cannot comment if their product works or no

after exchanging emails , i have received my refund (as email message, not to my bank yet) so they do refund your money if you act quickly before shipment. I will remove this review if they make the subscription visible to their clients online on their website as I promised Emma.
