Please, I beg you, avoid, avoid, avoid.

It was the Worse decision I made to take out a lease car. I took my lease car out for 3 years, everything was going good until it's time to return it. They sent an inspector to come and collect the car,
2 weeks ago and the inspector said he cannot take the car, because when he tried to reverse the car, the car jumped something to do with the gearbox he said. And that he cannot take the car, like what da hell.
I took the car for MOT in December 2024 and it passed with no advice, no nothing, obviously we live on a hill so you have to kinda feed the car a bit when reversing up the hill. The car is a Juke N Connecta 2021 reg. I see other people saying the same thing about the car, so it is a Nissan Juke Thing I guess. If there was something wrong with the gearbox, how come the MOT didn't fail it then. The car is an automatic car, and it was like this since I first got the car , so I don't see the issue when it passed MOT with 0 advice.
I called up Nissan and they were of no help, they said I have to take the car to the nearest nissan dealer to get it checked, all the dealers I called did not have any dates available, the contract for the car is ended and Nissan refuses to collect the car in other ways, they just want to use an inspector. I offered to drop the car off, and they said I can't do that. I am pregnant and this thing is really stressing me out a lot. And now someone else came to collect the car today, and they too refused to take the car, he said the car is not clean enough for him to inspect the car. And now I have to book for another 2 weeks before someone else comes. I offered to drop the car off myself, they said no, and while my contract is up and I can't drive the car, I have to make sure the car is insured. I'm pregnant and I have a toddler that I have to take to nursery, I'm a nurse and being a nurse, it is very stressful and having to deal with this. I will never ever takeout another lease car. My dad was going to take out a lease van and he changed is mind after what he see me going thorough. Seriously, just go for a nice used car pcp and you can refinance it at the end and own it after if you want. Leasing a car can be very draining especially if you have to keep taking time off work for someone to keep telling you they can't take the car sigh.

Currently having an on-going dispute spanning 4 months (and counting) regarding exorbitant and unethical fees at the end of a lease contract. Will avoid in future as well as any leasing provider that provides them business

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. My Nissan is now in negative equity and I have been advised to hand it back to the finance company as I’ve paid over half, I started this process 4 months ago, in that time I’ve had multiple incompetent people say they will get someone to call back which they never do or to email but no one responds. I have had to now have the car serviced which they agreed to pay me back for, still no payment over a month later. One of the dashboard lights has now come on and no one would tell me if they would pay for it, again someone will call me back I’ve now paid 200 pounds to try and fix it but still having issues. They will not collect with any dashboard lights on which would not have been an issue if they had collected months ago. Again struggling to get any answers since the start of December and car is still in the garage. Customer service is shocking. Do not use!

This company needs to be urgently reviewed by the FCA, leased a vehicle via a limited company through an agent that uses RCI as the finance provider, ended up company went bust 2 years after the initial lease was agreed even though they then took over 6 months to even deliver the car to us, no correspondence following vehicle return in June 2023 until low and behold a personal director guarantee that we have no knowledge of signing rears its head in November 2024 ! And a court claim form sent out from there solicitors for £5k despite being told by the company we hired it from we had redundancy cover forcing us further in to personal debt to now pay this all in all I would avoid this finance company at all costs unless you get a solicitor to read there pack before you sign up

I made an overpayment into my car finance account which they do not know how to apply to my balance

Emails sent with different replies from 6 different staff members

Asked them to step in and help as insurer wanted and has used second hand parts to repair a 2022 nissan leaf we bought new. However they wouldn't and asked as feel they have a duty of car as the owners of vehicle as its states in the finance agreement. I wanted the to help as a result of the above push the insurer to write it off. Pretty much no and it's down to me their only duty of care is to provide finance. To me the car and the fact parts are not available it's pretty much rendered useless. The car although repaired is still damaged as insurer has missed chassis damage. Now 10 months fighting to get it sirted and without the car and ombudsman has told insurance to write it off. Achieved this all my self. My advice is 1 don't buy a nissan and secondly don't use rci finace to do it. If that means walking it's likely the best option.

If i could give zero i would. I have a pcp agreement with them. I cannot drive the car due to no heating. Cannot get it into a garage for over a month. I have written to them twice. I was told someone would contact me. No one has contacted me.

Well I am attempting to contact the company to terminate my agreement, Been trying for 10 days now. You can get through to customer services but not the hand back team. Currently waiting on hold right this minute and have been on here for over an hour. When I called last week they told me that they would book a call back. Nothing. Another told me to sell through we buy any car which would be quicker. The thing is the equity on the car is not enough to pay it off and I dont want to take the hit!

Terrible experience with this company. Had a lease vehicle through them that was collected in June in great condition, way under mileage to be hit with a £1500 bill. Text received from them to call so I did…..6 times before anyone answered. I was then told they couldn’t speak to me as the address was incorrect…. The address they had sent the bill to! And that they would call me back. Waited two weeks and got nothing. After 5 more phone calls to discuss I asked for my inspection record so I could go through it…. Which they sent but not to my full email address… missed the .com off the end so I never received it. Called back again to finally get the inspection report…. Where one of the ‘repairs’ was for a water droplet as it was raining on inspection and collection. I will never ever have a lease vehicle again and especially not with RCI. Unfortunately I have paid the bill, extremely reluctantly, but I took the financial hit over the stress it would be to deal with them any longer.

Paid off my settlement fee after returning my car to Arnold Clark. Then Mobilize took out my payment from my bank even though account settled. Called which took over an hour to get through. And Mobilize have told me I will have to wait 13-15 days to get my money back. On raising concerns a member of staff was laughing in the background. So Mobilize are getting interest on my money whilst my Bank is overdrawn and costing me financially and stress wise. Have requested a S.A.R under Freedom of Information act and will be taking further action.

Bought a car from Arnold Clark, seperate review for them.
Just outside the 6 month period that the Consumer Rights Act would apply, contacted them about engine failure/brake failure. Contact them regarding this, gave all details about the fault. Advised that I would be contacted within 10 days, with Case Reference and Claims Handler. They took over a month to acknowledge my initial contact. When they did, I went over ALL the details again, still no CR or CH name. They approched Arnold Clark, who responded within days - though they never advised me of the information that Arnold Clark had requested. This was only found out after another of my calls, 8 in total. As they failed to complete their 'investigation' within the 8 weeks period, that they are allowed, referred to the Financial Ombudsman. Advised by them what steps to take, which were carried out. He found in their favour - no surprises.
If you EVER buy a car on lease or HP and they are the finance company - find another way to finance or walk away!
I will never deal with this company again - they have cost me over £4k in repair costs.

Been trying to get a straight answer out of the “mobilize finance” brand of RCI finance regarding damage charges for my Nissan lease and they flatley refuse to answer a straightforward question regarding how much I will be charged for a bit of damage on my car. I know I will be charged when I hand it back, I just want to know how much so I can decide if it’s worth getting the damage fixed or not. Very unhelpful and would not reccomend

Disgraceful company, rip off customers by extorting money by charging for normal wear and tear, never known a company like it .
Be prepared to allow a large sum of money for when you hand your car back for anything they can make up

Poor service, they reap people up, charging exorbitant charges as damages, even when you can barely see any scratches. Car is meant to have wears and tears, but because they are reap off company, they just want to extort money from people.
They never pick their calls, no matter the time of the day, all they ask is for you to leave a message without doing anything about it. Poor service !!!!

Avoid avoid avoid, quite happy to take your money but don't want to know when things go wrong. Car was faulty they basically said it was the way it was being driven. Really really useless complete lack of communication completely had the back of the dealer. Ombudsman has just ruled car was faulty and dpf should have been replaced but because I ended up having to accept an offer (4kless than I had paid just 6mths earlier) from dealer to buy car back I don't get any of the money I lost back. this went on for months and months. RCI I will Never use them again Ever! Oh and the dealer now has the faulty car back out in their forecourt! No respect for loyal customers. I have used lots of different finance companies over the years and this is by far the worst one ever. Stay clear.

Absolutely useless, steer clear of these lot.
Happy to take your money but, make it so damn hard to speak with someone after the agreement has finished, over 2 hours holding on phones multiple times being disconnected. I will NEVER use these people again.

Lease agreement with Renault, Mobolize are the finance company, had the car for nearly a year now. Never been able to log onto the website to view my agreement or balance. Utterly useless, I am now fearfull of what will happen when lease turns to buy or if i want to pay off early
