Bought an Audi Q4 Etron about a month ago. Dealt with Charlie and the level of service and communication was second to none. Can’t thank him enough. Had issues with Motonovo Finance afterwards but again Charlie dealt with all my issues and followed through with everything else he promised until it was resolved. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Elliot for facilitating an early morning appointment allowing me to travel back to Scotland as quick as possible. Great guys.

Great range of cars and great customer service. I dealt with Connor who was very proactive and responsive in all communications. After purchase, I had a few minor issues with the car that Connor sorted out very quickly. Really pleased with the service and my new car !

Had a great experience dealing with Charlie at Prestige Cars. He was always quick to get back to me, talked me through all the finance details and worked hard to get me the best deal possible.

Great car and excellent service from Bradley throughout. Car was delivered to us and is exactly as described.

Bought our car through motorway. Messed us about for 2 weeks with collection dates, then offered over £1000 less. Loads of chasing, then hung up on us. Wouldn't trust them at all. Dodgy, avoid!

Where do I start? I first came across Prestige Cars on Instagram. I was initially vary about it because there are so many cyber scams lately but I checked into them and they were of course a real company. I spoke to a sales person via WhatsApp - Bradley. He was absolutely exceptional. So professional, so respectful and so so patient with me. I changed my mind about the type of car I wanted so many times and each time he stayed patient and kept searching for me. I told him my budget, my exact preference and he efficiently searched for me and provided me with some fantastic cars. He didn’t give up and neither did he make me feel like I was being a burden. That’s exactly what you need when making such a huge purchase, not to be rushed but allowed the time to think. Brad was great, I’m super happy with the service he provided and I would massively recommend them to anyone. They gave HP, PCP and the lowest financing APR rates. The only downside is that they don’t do third party financing in case people wanted to finance through external interest free companies. Other than that, they will make your car exactly how you want it!! Thanks so much to Brad and the company!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Prestige Cars. Everything from the get go was a smooth process, from placing a deposit on the website, to arranging the viewing and then purchasing the car.

Lauren dealt with our sale and she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

When we arrived to view and test drive the vehicle everything was as described on the website. There was one very minor imperfection we noticed on the vehicle body work but we made Lauren aware of this and she didn’t hesitate to get the vehicle booked in the get the issue rectified.

Absolutely shocking company. I wanted to buy a car off them, they took all the part ex details which took weeks, then totally ignored me for a few more weeks. Now I’m left looking for a car elsewhere. Lauren kept telling me she would sort it out asap even though I told her the sooner the better as I had to travel so wanted to get the car before I did. No communication after that. Left me on read on WhatsApp and never got back to me. Horrendous company avoid at all cost. I bought 10 cars in the past 12 years and never had this type of despicable service anywhere.
