I've been trying to register my online finance account for a nissan leased car for 2 months. E mails and phone calls are a waste of time. Useless and really don't care.

RCI financial services, offer the worse service to a customer. And it is a shame that Nissan is in partnership with this finance company, I believe it is going to loose a lot of customers because them.
My experience with them is very bad, due to the fact that I booked the first year service and they confirmed the address on the confirmation call I received the day before. Once I dropped the car and I returned home by taxi, because they didn’t pick it up, the service called me and said RCI finance don’t authorise the service because the car is not in the right place and asked me to go and pick up and bring into a place was 8 miles away from my house. So I needed to pay 3 taxi’s, when they could simply change the service centre in the system. I am just waiting to finishing the leasing and I will never repeat again with this company.

Astonishingly incompetent. Sent the transfer form off to them, signed by the new owner and myself. Then three months later they send me a demand for services not paid. Called them and they said the new owner didn’t send back to registration form so I’m liable. They threaten me with a bad credit score if I don’t pay. They refuse to give me the contact number of the new owner so they have me by the short and curlies.

After putting the phone down to them, I did manage to find the number of the new owner and he says he’s been waiting months for the registration form and their registration department hasn’t got round to sending it.

Absolute chaos that Renault themselves clearly are doing little about and the only one who pays is you, the customer.

Can’t give no stars so one is reluctantly given and one more than they deserve.

Disgusting company they should be shut down.

Nissan Navara on finance with them, just after 6 months it blew up. They originally took my side, but after 8 weeks took Nissan's side, Nissan are saying I put contaminated fuel in the vehicle they wouldn't give me access to the fuel so I could pursue this, then they let it slip that the fuel was never tested at any point. RCI are now taking action against me to recover their goods. I've told them to take the vehicle but I want a full refund.

l have spent days trying to contact this company via telephone, can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am beginning to doubt there is anyone actually taking calls, it's that bad.

I've got a new car on lease and the finance is from RCI, I didn't have any direct contact with RCI, it's only when the paperwork was going through, the leasing company sent login instructions to upload a selfie and a pic of my drivers licence, the portal just continuarouly had errors, I tried it on 2 laptops and 2 different mobiles.
It was frustrating and the leasing company were trying to help but without my knowing the delays then caused my car delivery to be pushed back by 3 weeks which I wasn't happy about. RCI - please sort your portal out!!
I've not had any direct dealings with you since the car delivery, but thank you for the finance! The customer portal since delivery all works and I am happy with everything.
When I was initially having issues I read some reviewers on RCI and I was terrified! So I have to say overall everything went well and the car is amazing! It arrived in mint condition! I am so sorry for the people who had bad experiences but had to give a fair review here, all was great. I've given a 4 as there is improvement in my opinion on the paperwork process.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been customer with RCI for 2 and half years after buying Renault. I had no issues, I’ve always paid on time, no arrears or breaks. I went to buy a new car with same company which would actually reduce my monthly payment and I was declined! With no reason what so ever. I have no credit issues, I have mortgage and other credits which I am fully up to date with. I have sent two emails asking for more details and not even an acknowledgment!! As a long standing customer I find it ignorant! As soon as I can I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. It’s a shame as it has put me off even buying a Renault!!!
