This is the first time I have given a negative review for a company but I feel people should be aware of what they are dealing with. I contacted them at the start of January that I was finished with the product as was selling the vehicle. They eventually came out, disconnected and removed the device. I emailed a few months ago that the direct debit had continued and could they please issue a refund as the device was cancelled and removed. I noticed last week that the direct debit had continued so contacted them again to issue a refund. I was informed that I hadn't in fact cancelled the subscription. When I informed that I had and that they had come out, removed and taken the tracker with them, somehow they felt that I should still pay charges. They have been unhelpful and I am baffled with how they can continue to still charge.

Shocking company.
Bombarded with numerous daily time wasting calls, misled by sales people and people on their accounts team. Sneaky hidden charges. I’d give a negative score if I could.
If I hadn’t wasted so much time already I’d report to trading standards….

Avoid this company never got down to local pump price and £1/card/month charges

It's a scam, they start off telling you that they're giving you a good price. They send you a text message every week with the prices, but they don't add the vat on. So it looks like you're actually paying less. But in fact sometimes you pay more than the pump fee. Plus they charge you monthly fee plus a £60 per year account review fee and then every time you ask them for a review on a charge they charge you another £10 extra. Stay away from them. Cancel your cards if you have and don't get involved with them

Wegblijven van deze firma. Moeilijk contact, zéér slechte app, gaven me een boete omdat ik een betaling na 1 week pas heb uitgevoerd van 25EURO, zeggen dat dit hun voorwaarden waren SCHANDALIG

Goede en betrouwbare partij die je altijd te woord staat als je er niet uitkomt. Scherpe prijzen en goede service. Ze bieden niet alleen tankpassen aan maar ook compleet pakket van voertuig beheer tot aan tacho enzv.

Wat een bizar bedrijf. Krijgen nog 600 euro van ze en ze beloven dit al maanden terug te betalen. Elke week hebben we ze aan de lijn en zeggen ze dat ze het gelijk gaan regelen. Worden steeds van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd.

Waardeloos bedrijf. Naar twee weken ik nog niet laden. Pas werk niet. Elke dag gebeld, los niets op. Heb niets van hun sorry mijn pas werkt nog steeds niet.

Moet zeggen dat het contact op zich prettig verliep. Hadden een voorstel ontvangen zonder kosten voor laadsessies of paskosten. Beide werden toch berekend, wel netjes gecrediteerd. Echter na goed checken wat de kosten waren na het tanken en de doorbelastte kosten, bleek dat zij 20 cent per liter meer doorbelasten. Wij gebruiken de passen niet meer.

De communicatie is echt heel slecht daar.
De tracking module voor in de auto werkte prima maar de uitdraai jaarlijks had vele hiaten en onwerkbaar. Bij de concurrent werk dit vele vele malen beter.
Een 1 ster vanwege de vele beloftes.die niet zijn nagekomen en geen inzicht hebben in hun (non) communicatie.

Super fijne zaak als er wat is word er direct wat mee gedaan en er word meegedacht en de korting via radius is ook aantrekkelijk
