Arnaque au frais admin de 80 euros quand la domiciliation n'est pas passée, sans rappel, même si dans l'heure ou la journée le compte est rechargé. Ils ne se nourrissent que de ca et se cachent bien de le dire lorsque vous signez le contrat ! Et comme par hasard aucun moyen de résilier le contrat en ligne, démarches abusives pour parvenir à couper le contrat. Service client déplorable, ils ne savent rien faire bref fuyez !

ok so overall a good idea but smaller customers are not looked after, they over promise and dont keep word, if you ask to spaek to someone that has made you promises as in looking well after your account and best pricing and trackers and so on and you try to reach them there always on a break or on the phone and they never call you back even if you left 5 messages, its just bad costumer service and prices are anyway over pumprice, the stress is not worth the not saving

As soon as I'm able I'll be leaving this company. Dash cam does not do what I was told it would do. Missed one payment due to changing bank accounts and was inundated with emails, text messages, phone calls, and threats of the cards being cancelled AFTER I had paid. Discounts on the fuel are minimal and now that a war has broken out, fuel prices have gone high but these guys have put the prices higher than BP themselves! So now I am paying for a subscription to a fuel card for discounted fuel but I'm actually better off not using the fuel card! The fact that they are capitalising on what's going on around the world and taking advantage of big companies with fleets who have no choice but to use these cards is nothing short of immoral. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely shocking customer service skills. They are happy to cross and up sell you further products but and when they make mistakes they cannot admit fault and just close your account....... Be warned, this company have no morals at all!!!!!

Avoid Avoid , they robing people of money, not saving at all cost more then you paying at the petrol station ⛽️ , so i take a picture how much cost me at the petrol stations it was £76 then they charge me £78 🤨 so no saving at all , the ask me for a dash camera and I said yes , so some call me then explain to me just half way how much will cost me was £20 a month when they sent me the invoice £25 😀 didn’t even told me £20+ vat , and all of the sudden 3 years contract I cannot cancel the contract only if i pay off all 3 years then I can cancel my contract, simple the best avoid this Radiusvelocity , never ever again !!!!

Conned me into swapping then caused me extra cost with the old supplier as the contract started weeks later than I asked for.

I recently opened a new fuel account with Radius Fuel, and I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Ebony Walker.
Although Ebony mentioned she has only been in the role for two months, this is something I would never have guessed if she hadn’t told me. From start to finish, she was extremely professional, calm, and confident throughout the entire process.
What stood out the most was her approach — there was absolutely no pressure to commit to a deal. Instead, she took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain all the benefits, making sure I fully understood everything before making a decision.
Another thing I take very seriously is my own schedule. I made it clear to Ebony that I really value punctuality, especially when a salesperson says they will call at a certain time. In my view, not doing so shows a lack of respect, and it’s something I simply cannot accept. Ebony assured me she would call at agreed times — and on two separate occasions, she was absolutely spot on. That level of reliability really stood out to me.
In the end, I chose to open the account largely because of the trust she built during our conversations. That level of honesty, professionalism, and respect is rare.
Credit also goes to the team at Radius Fuel for having someone like Ebony in their team — she is a real asset to the business.
A great experience overall, and I would highly recommend both Ebony and Radius Fuel.

Ik heb de Fleetpass Europe Pass meer dan 1 jaar gebruikt maar uiteindelijk toch moeten vervangen door een betere.
Mijn ervaringen met deze pas samengevat: zeer trage APP en als je dan toch eens een laadpaal in terugvindt, werkt die niet met deze pas. Hoge prijzen. Slechte en soms zelfs foutieve facturatie. Klantendienst belooft van alles maar er komt niets van.

Gewoon oplichters ik raad niemand hier tankpasen aanvragen!
Altijd netjes facturen betaald en een mislukte afschrijving.
Zelfde dag krig email met betaalverzoek was gelijk betaald.
Volgende factuur gewoon incasseren 80 euro meer omdat was factuur niet op tijd afgeschreven.
Maar gelijk mijn kaart opgezegd en word geen 80 euro betaald.
Proberen ze afschrijven van mijn rekening 80 euro heb ik geannuleerd incasso krijg ik weer 80 euro extra dus totaal 160 euro.!! Die word toch niet betaald.
Ik ben geen incasso traject gehad of iets maken van incaso.

Correcte aanmaning: Er moet eerst een correcte 14-dagenbrief (aanmaning) gestuurd zijn, waarin de gelegenheid is gegeven om alsnog binnen 14 dagen te betalen zonder extra kosten.
Schuld aan een bedrijf: Het betreft een factuur aan een bedrijf (B2C), niet een vordering van de overheid (CJIB).

I applied for a card due to a recommendation from the Blue Light Card website.

I used it three times in a year as there aren't any UK Fuels garages near my home/work addresses.

I didn't seem to be getting any noticeable discount on the pump price and when a DD payment was missed, (I had already phoned through my new bank account details) I was told that I would be charged a £60 fee!

As I had only bought bought £120 worth of fuel over the year I didn't thin k this was fair or realistic so I have closed my account.

Wouldn't recommend.

Na enorm achterna zitten van een foutieve facturatie krijg ik eindelijk een creditnota. Bij gevolg krijg ik niets teruggestort na meer dan een maand en krijg ik ook niemand aan de lijn of via mail. Het gaat over een aanzienlijk bedrag. Daarnaast moet ik dit boekhoudkundig in orde brengen wat tot heden niet lukt zonder transactie. Super vreemd en nalatig…

Voor een betaallink van een niet geïncasseerde factuur krijg je 80 euro kosten al een jaar netjes alles kunnen incasseren.

Betaal al sinds ik bij Radius een laadpas heb gewoon netjes en op tijd. Tot een aantal weken geleden mislukte een automatische incasso, en kreeg ik direct een boete van €80 voor een factuur die ik uiteindelijk netjes heb betaald.

Ik begrijp dat er extra kosten kunnen zijn bij te late betaling, maar €80 voor een kleine vertraging is buiten proportie. Daarbij belden ze mij zonder aankondiging en stuurden daarna een mail met de dreiging dat mijn tankpas voor 15:00 uur geblokkeerd zou worden als ik niet betaalde.

Als ik een wanbetaler was, zou dit misschien te begrijpen zijn, maar ik ben al 19 maanden klant en heb altijd correct betaald.

Daarom raad ik niemand aan om bij Radius een tankpas of laadpas te nemen. Helaas lijken veel andere reviews hetzelfde probleem te bevestigen hun gemiddelde beoordeling van 1,3 ster zegt genoeg.

That company is juste terrible.
1) If you miss a payment by direct debit, they charge you 80 EUR as "admin costs" without any reminder, then they try again to execute the direct debit, if it fails again, they charge you again 80 EUR as "admin costs" etc.
2) Their prices per kWh are so high compared to the competitors and they add 21% of VAT on top of the price showed in their app (the competitors display the final price on their apps, not the price without VAT!!!).

Absolutely terrible company. Ask a testing question like “why is my fuel card price way higher than the pump price” and they just don’t reply. If you’re lucky you’ll get a week or two of reasonably good value, then your price will go up every week for weeks and weeks. I object to having my intelligence insulted - especially by people who bulls**t when they do bother to reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID
