I had a great experience with Right Fuel Card. The service was smooth, professional, and very efficient from start to finish.

Just go direct to the fuel card company. Don't waste your time and money with this excuse of a company. After realising they were charging me an extra £6 per month for items that I didn’t ask for or opt in to i asked for a refund as was told this wasn’t possible as the email was ‘opt out’ (currently raising a dispute with the ombudsman) I’ve subsequently gone direct to Wex Esso and am paying £2 per month less and the monthly fuel price is much cheaper! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I have been using the Shell fuel card for two months now, and it has helped me save a lot on expenses. I would especially like to thank your staff member, Setareh.
