Après avoir été comme tout le monde, arnaquée sur les frais, j’ai reçu 2 lampes de lecture on ne peut plus bas de gamme. J’ai demandé à les retourner et on m’a répondu qu’il me fallait les renvoyer à mes frais en Chine!!!!
Des purs voleurs. Je vais voir si une plainte est possible auprès de la Direction de la Consommation, car il est anormal que de tels sites puissent encore exister !!!!
A fuir de toute urgence !!!!!

Jeg bestilte en knæpude til 203 kr som blev tillagt et gebyr på 78kr.
Jeg har ikke modtaget pakken, 281 kr er trukket fra min konto men jeg er blevet mødt med at handlen ikke er gået igennem og at jeg skal ændre mine kontooplysninger på et direkte link. Det har jeg selvfølgelig ikke gjort. Er det ikke lidt skummelt?

same experience as everyone else. Rubbish customer service. Stung with "eco-charge " which doubled the cost after check out.
Waiting to file a charge back and /return an item, hopefully to get refund. Misleading website, eco-charge policy hidden and not made clear at check out.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Like others who have posted on here; I ordered a fit bit, total said a specific price with free delivery. Skipped through their many "add this on", "extra offers".... only to then receive a confirmation email with a much higher amount than the total when i checked out and entered my card details. HSBC, my bank say they cannot stop the payment from going through but I have already raised a dispute and plan to keep fighting, get my money back.

Pour un produit à 19€ au départ, la facture rajoute une garantie 1an non demandée à près de 6 € puis une écocharge de 20,81€ , facture finale à 45€ avec une bonne leçon d'écologie en prime. Ouvrez l'oeil sur les petites lignes si vous vous aventurez sur ce site

I tried to buy something from uk.ozerty.com yesterday. Just when I thought I'd completed the purchase a pop-up window said I had to choose a method of postage. This was the second time this window had appeared. Today I got a phonecall from my bank's fraud department querying several transactions yesterday. There's something very dodgy going on with Ozerty.

Do NOT use, total scammers! They charged my card over twice the agreed price citing a so called eco charge for single item! I noticed it 2 days after ordering so cancelled immediately but I was flooded with emails saying the order had already been processed. Got nowhere with them directly so I raised a complaint and stop with my card provider and they have recovered my money!

De l'escroquerie pure et dure! Une fois la commande validée, ils rajoutent 17€ de frais de service, sans aucun moyen de les contester / de s'y opposer.

A fuir absolument! Une vraie arnaque!

Wish I had checked with Trust Pilot before ordering from this company several weeks ago.It is totally a SCAM..the so called Customer Service message is always the same no matter what time of day or night you call it..... saying "all agents are busy " and then just disconnects. They add an extra charge on every item without explanation etc etc.
Best plan...STAY AWAY!!

ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS. I ordered when tired and wish I’d checked them on here first.
Like everyone else here an insane fee added AFTER the checkout, completely illegal practice. Refusing me a refund. Everyone needs to report them and hopefully that will get them taken offline and prosecuted.

Absolutely a scam of a company adding charges to my order which I did not agree on or tick any boxes that would put these charges on how are they getting away with this it’s totally unacceptable 🤯😡

suite a un achat de 8 euros ils vous facturent 15 euros de frais de service apres evidemment avoir pris vos coordonnees bancaires au titre de frais de service ! qu ils indiquent ensuite etre des frais je cite d eco charges pour les commandes de moins de 20 euros

Hidden charges. They added £13.75 to an £8.75 purchase and tried to excuse it as some sort of 'green' incentive to avoid people making lots of small purchases!

La commande n'aboutit jamais avec un message d'erreur indiquant carte de crédit avec fonds insuffisants. C'est une eCard infalsifiable et valorisée du montant attendu. Ça sent l'arnaque en plein !!

This is a con website that offers goods at decent prices then doubles the payment once the payment, which show the low price, has been approved. They use multiple names to scam the banks. They then try to sign you up for subscriptions that you know nothing about.

Arnaque intégral ! Si vous avez la chance de lire ça AVANT de passer commande chez Ozerty (quel que soit le pays de l’extension : France, Italie, Norvège...), passez votre chemin.
Il s’agit d’un site d’escrocs.
La Répression des fraudes ne peut en pratique rien faire s’agissant d’un site basé aux Émi-rats. Votre banque ne peut vous proposer que faire opposition de votre CB, mais pas de la transaction...
Vous n’aurez que vos larmes pour pleurer et les traiter de voleurs par mail comme j’ai fait et exiger l’annulation de la vente et le remboursement du montant. Je ferai un nouveau post si jamais ça a marché.
Je me demande comment ce site n’est pas fermé à la vente à distance sur l’UE, et peuvent ainsi continuer à voler impunément les gens sans que rien ne se passe.

Ozerty is A BIG SPAM, This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I made an honest mistake during purchase and contacted support immediately—well before the order had actually shipped. Yet, I was told the package could not be canceled, even though it hadn’t physically left your facility.

There is no cancellation option available on your website either, which makes the entire process feel deliberately rigid and misleading. Now I’m being asked to wait for an unwanted item, just to return it—wasting my time and energy for something that could’ve easily been resolved at the source.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be left with no choice but to warn others. Unless this situation is fixed immediately, I’ll be sharing this experience across all review platforms to make sure others don’t fall into the same trap.

Hidden fees – avoid this company!
I ordered from Ozerty and agreed to a certain price at checkout, but after payment they charged my account nearly £20 more than what was shown. There was no clear warning about extra costs or why this happened.

This feels completely dishonest and misleading. Customers deserve transparency, but Ozerty chooses to hide charges until it’s too late.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did — check your statements carefully, and better yet, don’t order from them at all! Companies like this shouldn’t get away with tricking people out of their money.
