Very poor service continues with the fact that I found out that the company had kept my bank details and not disclosed this. I would not have allowed this.
No sign of delivery yet either.

This company is a total scam. Ordered a product that is still not received. Two days after my order took another £13.95 for Flex Pay that I had not signed up for. Said because had not spent a minimum of £20 so needed. Still trying to get my money back and cancel everything. Looks like will have to raise a dispute with the bank. Saw another review saying if block try to collect under a different name. Total scam. But seems no one responsible for closing them down. AVOID

Modtog min bestilling efter lang ventetid. Beløbet på fakturaen er betalt ved bestilling. Opdager så tilfældigt, at de har trukket 300 kr. på min konto måneden efter. Jeg har ikke bestilt andet. Opringning til en "robot" efterfølgende mail fra dem med "vi har behov for et ordrenummer" tænker jeg kan vinke farvel til 300 kr. Kortet spærret efter anbefaling fra banksupport. Synd for de firmaer, der faktisk kan levere og opføre sig ordentligt, for jeg handler ikke mere på nettet, hvis jeg ikke er 100% sikker på at det er et dansk firma.

Ozerty started charging me £30 subscription fees i did not sign up for, After blocking the payment they have charged me again under a different name, Takozerty. I have contacted them to cancel and get a refund which i am still waiting to recieve. So far about £120 down for a £10 purchase

Bought a step counter in march 2025 was charged a eco charge then they deducted a subscription fee was told they would refund my fee from someone called Mary P, this wasto be paid in June. 2025 but still waiting

I ordered on July 9th 2026. I still have not received my order. Trying to get any useful information from this company is like pulling teeth. I made a mistake when ordering by giving the wrong civic address. I contacted them 3 minutes after placing the order to have the address changed before the order shipped. A total nightmare. If you want the genuine product, pay the price and avoid companies like this one who don't care once they receive your money.

I bought one small item and they went on to take 2 further payments from my account claiming I started a £30 monthly subscription that I knew nothing about. It's a scam. Contacted fraud squad and they are now aware.

Just purchased a item for £9 they automatically take a further £13.95 also add you to a subscription @£30 per month, stay well clear of this company it's a scam.

What a bogus organization! I purchased 2 watches and neither of them worked. After months of trying to obtain a return authorization I was told to ship the products to China at my cost. Pathetic excuse for customer service. Don't waste your money with these company.

Attention c'est une arnaque ! En voyant les avis j'ai voulu annuler le jour même alors que la commande n'était même pas partie mais on m'a dit d'attendre de recevoir la commande pour la renvoyer. J'ai demandé quelles étaient les conditions de retour et on m'a répondu comme répondrai quand j'aurai reçu le produit. À la réception du produit on me dit que ça me coûte 20 € pour le renvoyer en Chine !!! Me commander surtout pas sur ce site !!!

Trying to return package and was given an address in China. Cost between $60.00 to $90.00, I only paid $36.00 for items. Has a Des Moines, IA return address on line that Post Office states no such address. Good Luck. I wouldn't recommend company.

I ordered and paid for 3 identical items, and only received 1.
I tried calling the 800 number they have provided for their customer service, but ended up with a customer service center(?) abroad that had NOTHING to do with them.
I sent an email with my message and got a response that I had only ordered 1 item...

Voilà une entreprise qui vous livre un article incomplet (enfile chaussettes) Lorsque vous réclamez soit le remboursement sous l'envoi de la pièce manquante, cette société vous renvoie un mail vous demandant votre numéro de commande, et votre adresse mail .elle vous annonce l'édition d'un ticket de réclamation
Comment une ste dite sérieuse n'est pas en capacité -avec un nom et une adresse postale ainsi que le descriptif du colis- de retrouver le num de commande et votre l'adresse mail alors que c'est par ce vecteur de communication qu'elle vous a envoyé les informations de création de ticket ??
Je règle le problème avec eux et on ne m'y reprendra pas !

Bought a light duty duty vibrator/ massager for my face. Ridiculous. The battery cover fits with no battery. Because this tiny AAA battery cover has a couple eliptical structural "ribs", impeding upon the battery when you try to put it on, the cover won't go on with the battery installed! Plus the vibrator is barely there. It's pure junk.

Great customer service when I had credit card confusion

Ordered a product promoted as Glasguard mold remover. Picture on Ozerty showed the name Vilosi. Ordered anyway. Immediatly bombarded with emails suggestin I buy more, with discount codes that did not work. Received the order confirmation showing no VAT charged. Query not answered.
Product finally delivered 11 days later. Product name is RENEWLL. This is the only english word on it. The rest seems to be chinese. No user instructions or safety info.The Judge.me reviews can be safely ignored. Will not use Ozerty again.

Strange how your website shows just all top ratings while Trustpilot has pretty much ALL the worst ratings.
