I would give less than one star if that was an option. Really scammy behaviour, widely known. They will bury a reference to a subscription for a VIP membership account in the T&Cs, then charge you £30 pm for a quote unquote service that you didn't even realise you were being signed up for. Avoid at all costs.

Yes, I’ve got scammed by them too. So many of us! Paid for items using my debit card and then £30 was taken out last week which I hadn’t authorised. Really fed up that they can continue to get away with this – merely platitudes sent as a response to comments with no action really being taken. I’m surprised there is no legislation in place to stop what is clearly dishonest, if not criminal, activity in the first place.

Bought something for £10, charged me £13.95 after without telling me I would be, then auto enrolled me on a subscription which they also do not tell you, and charged me a subsequent £30.

Biggest scam I have seen recently, I wish I’d have looked at reviews first, honestly DO NOT use this absolute joke of a company. I don’t know how they are still active.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They will make products seem so reasonably priced until they start taking multiple payments from your bank account without realising. When you contact customer service they then say “no no the money has been taken and applied to your OZERTY account funds” how about no!!!! I don’t want my money being taken without consent and stored into my silly account on this silly website. Absolute scammers. If you have ordered on this website, remove your money from your bank account, contact the bank and report it and have them blocked because all they do is keep taking and taking small amounts hoping that you will not realise and then using the safety net of “no it has all been added to your account wallet, for future purchases as per our terms and conditions” to get around it. Disgusting company and disgusting customer service. I hope to see you shut down.

This company is fraudulent.

Stay away - total fraud website. I bought a small item for GBP 7.49 pounds and the next day they took GBP 13.95 pounds for no reason. I wrote to their customer service and no response so far! Total fraud!

I have just been told that it is going to cost me £15 to return a pair of cheap plastic sliders that were described as being of an orthopedic design. Very unhappy.

I begrudge even giving one star. AVOID this company at all costs. You will see the numerous reviews showing just what this company is about. I ordered an item that was 'Delivered to a neighbour'. What neighbour? As they apparently could not find my address. I was told their customer service team that i will have to go and find it myself. I am a 85 year old man with mobility issues and do not have a clue where to find this 'Neighbour'. Disgraceful service. I would be very happy to see this incompetent company go down or receive a huge fine!

Item hasn’t arrived. Customer service is evasive. They tell me to speak to the courier but they don’t give me the name or contact details of the courier. They are giving me the runaround and I doubt my item will ever arrive.

Stay away. Hidden fees and a recurring subscription when you place an order. Knew there was something fishy when I went to check out and they kept adding fees, insurance, delivery etc while the payment was already processed. Tried to cancel it immediately but payment was taken. Cancelled my card as I've only just read the reviews after this experience. Recieved confirmation email that states ive signed up to the NO LIMIT subscription which will take a direct debit from your account every 4 months. I can assure this is nowhere to be seen in any part of the transaction. Blatant theft.

OZERTY UK don't be fooled its Chinese, I ordered an item and was charge an extra £1.99 fee for insurance I did not ask for or want. Tries to cancel but said I couldn't even though order had not been dispatched. Wanted to return item for a refund told to return to China at my cost of approx £15 !! to get a refund of £6 !!!!! Take my advice and shop elsewhere. RIP OFF COMPANY see all the other reviews.

Multiple emails per day are urging you to buy items that have already been removed from your cart. Not willing to purchase from a company that does not use secure online payment methods and asks for credit card details instead. Having read other reviews - looked like I dodged a bullet.

I purchased 2 smart watches. There were no user guide instructions. Neither connect to mobile phones. We tried 2 different mobile. They are totally useless. My advice - don't purchase anything from Ozerty

I made a purchase online and immediately after paying my bank called me. Was informed that this company take unauthorised payments from your account for a subscription that you never signed up for. They are also linked to another company who do the same , forgot the name. Fortunately payment did not go through and both companies are now blocked.

Avoid and never use their horrible services! Delivery arrived to the wrong address then when my next door neighbour brought it over, the package was damaged and the itself was cheap and had very low value. When I asked to return it, customer service asked me to sent it back to China (!) and pay £15 toward delivery for an item that cost £22. I ended up reported this to my bank. Never again!!

After placing an order, I read the reviews for this outfit. I know I should have read reviews first 😵‍💫. 20 mins after placing the order, I contacted their customer service, and said cancel the order. They replied - " please give us your order number we sent with your confirmation email." They didn't send me a confirmation email. So I emailed them again saying l didn't get an email. Nowhere can I find an order number --- this must be part of the scam, so I contacted my bank, they are now investigating them. I will keep this review updated.

I had an issue with ozerty in June this year, which resulted in a poor review being given. The review said that they had basically lied to me and I called them out for it. I then got a reply from their UK customer services as below (6 months after my original review!) As suggested in their reply I emailed their customer services team straight away. I then followed this up with a follow up email.
They haven't replied to either. They are a terrible company and I'd recommend that people stay away from them
