SITO TUFFA state molto attenti perché oggi mi sono stati addebitati €29:99 senza aver fatto nessun ordine a mio riguardo pertanto mi auguro e spero che chi di competenza possa fare qualcosa al riguardo a questi truffatori che RUBANO in modo disonesto alle persone che ci credono inconsciamente.LADRI LADRI LADRI……

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
An order for an item didn't arrive after a month. I sent an email and was told it was stuck in customs. I emailed a week later, to be told there was a problem with my address. Another week on, in the same email, I was told the item had been delivered, and then went on to ask if I could provide an alternative address of 'a relative or work' where the item could be delivered.
All done by a bot. I've been scammed out of my money. I won't receive a refund or the goods.
As a relatively small amount of money, I can't fight any more, but will refer them Citizens Advice

Fake charges, never buy anything from them. They will add charges never heard of and will keep taking out money from your credit card as environment fees, subscription fee etc.
A $12 item has now cost me over $100. !! I will never use this fraud company.Stay clear

J'ai commandé le 8/9/2025 un produit pour supprimer la rouille facturé 16.49€ ,la publicité était port gratuit mais on m'a facturé en plus 8.80€ pour assurance et port ce qui fait un total de 25.29€ .
2 retraits ont été fait sur ma carte bancaire de 19,48€ et de 5,81€ dont la totalité est 25,29€ . On est retombé sur nos pieds mais sans aucune explication sur le décompte.
Où l'on a affaire à des voleurs c'est quand je découvre un nouveau retrait de 14.95€ sur mon compte bancaire sans autorisation et sans raison valable. Cette entreprise utilise l'escroquerie de ses clients au lieu de la confiance et doit être considérée comme dangereuse et à bannir.

Avevo ordinato una cosa ad aprile che costava 11 euro,con spedizione gratuita, invece mi hanno addebitato 26 euro scoperto dopo il pagamento,si inventano che è una tassa ecologica. Il più brutto è che adesso a settembre,senza ordinare nulla mi vedo addebitare sulla carta di credito 29,99. Ho dovuto bloccare la carta e fare una denuncia,sito truffa non comprare niente.

Non ho acquistato nulla non conosco il sito eppure mi sono state addebitati 29,90 euro come è possibile che con tante segnalazioni lette non si prenda provvedimenti seri, cosa possiamo fare noi singoli se non segnalare, ma poi?????

Grosse arnaque, vous commandez un produit qui n'est pas enregistrez à la bonne adresse vous renseignez votre code postal qui donne une autre ville, quand vous cliquez sur le lien de commande, ça vous indique que la page est introuvable, injoignable au tél bien sur ...à dénoncer et à fuir absolument.

Jeg vil advare mod at bruge dette firma. Jeg har bedt om at få en faktura tilsendt som pdf for mit køb. Det har ozerty afvist tre gange. Der kan være tale om et firma der bruges til hvidvask af penge - så pas på.

Site not recommended. I tried to cancel an order 5 mins after placing it, because hidden charges were added to my final bill. I was told that my order was now in process. Hello!!! No one starts processing an order within 5 mins after it was placed. I was recommended to change my bank card by the bank to avoid any further issues. Sadly, I should have read their feedback before using the site. I did think the name sounded "RISK".

Bad experience, they took money without my knowledge and then said they would refund me £2! I had to stop my bank card . Total nightmare. Do not buy from them and tell everyone

I placed an order totalling £14.98 and hit the pay button. When the payment went through it was for a total of £46.73 as they added a “services” fee of £31.75. Absolute scam, the payment says Florida but the goods are shipped from China. Is this a drop shipping company who are stealing money from everyone it seems?

GROSSE ARNAQUE!!!
Ayant passé une commande en mars 2025, on m'a facturé des frais qui n'étaient pas prévu . Puis ce jour, je viens de voir qu'on m'a retiré 29,99 Euros sans avoir commandé quoi que ce soit! j'ai fait bloquer ma carte bancaire et fait opposition. Ma banque a été très réactive et m'a remboursée en 2jours ( on doit le faire dans les 4 jours ).

Worst I’ve seen. Tried to cxl an order 4 hours after placed and was told too late as it’s already processed, but they couldn’t give tracking. Then I get 2 emails, first one telling me I can add “these great products” to my order, the 2nd one day later telling me that their staff is about to close my order. My thought was DONT CLOSE IT, just put it back on the damn shelf and refund my card….this place is a huge scam.

I bought a pair of childs sunglasses which were for children with autism. They were on offer for from £9.99 to £6:99. So I went through checkout delivery was £3:99 but money well spent (on initial checkout there was no extra cost) until I got an email for a receipt! £25.53 is what they actually had taken! Absolutely joke.
Very deceitful, total scam.
No one has emailed me back. No customer service at all.

I wish I had read other customers reviews on ozerty. Same thing happened to me. As I went to pay it said something about eco charge, no charge was displayed. Then when I got an email with the invoice, they have added £13 on top of my order. I emailed them to cancel my order and they told me that they are already processing my order and couldn't cancel. However, after I have received my order they will sort it out. But when my order arrived and I got in touch with them, they told me that I would not be given a return label and it would cost me further, £15 to return the item to China.
They are conning people out of money. Tried to get in touch with Google, because they are using Google platforms to sell. I even tried to stop my payment, but my bank couldn't stop the payment. I am pulling out my hair.
Did anyone get there money back from these devicing people, please let me know? And what process did you use?

Ho effettuato un ordine per degli auricolari a condizione ossea (tra l'altro di qualità scarsa, ma me lo potevo immaginare) mentre procedevo con l'ordine si continuavano ad aprire pagine con promo o pubblicità (cosa molto scorretta) così alla fine per errore ho inserito più prodotti per errore, ma non mostrando il carrello o autorizzazioni per concludere non me ne sono accorta nell'immediato. Dopo meno di 5 minuti dall'ordine ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha risposto che non potevano fare altro, ma che avrei dovuto fare io il reso (30 € x 100 gr di prodotti). Così ho fatto pagando praticamente il doppio di quello che avevo speso. Bella truffa bravi.

Prisen stod tydeligt som kr. 144,- ved kasseudtjekning, men jeg fik en yderligere opkrævning på kr. 119,- Det er selvfølgelig ren svindel, selvom de henviser til en kryptisk besked på købssiden. Ok, hvis det så bare var det. Men enheden virker med alle de Apps, som anbefales og der kan ikke oprettes Bluetooth fra/til enheden.
Så derfor: Køb ikke noget hos Ozerty!
