Really happy with the Loop so far

Really happy with the Loop so far. Take a few sessions to see results but after 4 weeks the difference is noticeable. Hair is coming back much finer on my legs. Delivery was quick.

Not connected to Solippy.com – information for customers

I am not a customer of Solippy.com. I am the owner of So Lippy™ (solippy.co.uk), a long‑established UK beauty retailer trading since 2004. I am posting this review to clarify that my business has no connection with Solippy.com or any similarly named websites.

Over recent weeks I have received a high volume of misdirected customer enquiries intended for Solippy.com, including reports of non‑delivery, incorrect items, refund difficulties and customers being unable to reach the seller. Several customers have also reported receiving Lindywel‑branded devices instead of the items they believed they ordered.

Customers contacting me have reported that the telephone number on the Solippy.com website routes to a New Mexico voicemail, and that no UK contact number is provided. This may be contributing to the difficulty customers are having reaching the correct retailer.

Public domain records show that the Solippy.com website appears to have been created recently, which does not align with some customer reports of long‑term trading or high order volumes.

I am now receiving multiple misdirected enquiries per day, including from non‑UK customers, which indicates the confusion is widespread. Due to the volume of misdirected complaints and the impact on my business, I have reported the matter to the relevant platforms so affected customers can receive appropriate support from the correct retailer.

Pretty happy with it so far

Pretty happy with it so far. Shipping took about 5 days which was fine. The device feels solid. Still early days for me results-wise but skin feels smoother already. Will update in a few weeks.

So Lippy - didn’t get the product I ordered

So Lippy. I am so confused. Like many others it took a really long time to get my package when you state on your website 48H dispatch. It was more like a week and then I got a completely different product? What is Lindywel and why have I got that instead of what I purchased? Also your emails are in French not English, very hard to navigate a refund.

we’re sorry for the confusion and we understand why this felt frustrating, but there’s a misunderstanding around dispatch vs delivery and also around branding. On our website we state dispatch within a maximum of 48 hours, not delivery within 48 hours, and in your case you ordered on April 8 and your order was dispatched on April 9, so it left our warehouse within 24 hours and we did meet that commitment. For Australia, our delivery timeframe shown on our site is 5 to 9 business days after dispatch, and your parcel was dispatched on April 9 and delivered on April 14, which is 4 business days (Sunday isn’t counted), so it actually arrived faster than the estimated window.

About the “different product”, Lindywel and Solippy are the same company and the Lindywel Appy and the Solippy Loop are the exact same device, but the name and packaging can vary depending on the country of shipment due to trademark constraints in certain regions where brand names are already registered.

Regarding the emails being in French, these are automated tracking/status emails that are translated automatically, and sometimes there can be technical translation glitches — thank you for flagging this, we’re escalating it to our technical team. Don't order from this company

I made an order on 9th April, got a dispatch email on the 10th April. I was provided with a tracking number which is invalid on the royal mail track and trace. When contacting customer service I was sent a reply which read
"Your order has been successfully shipped but a logistical delay beyond our control has affected the delivery process." What does that even mean! They couldn't provide me with any other tracking number even though they somehow was able to see there is a logistical delay? I am very disappointed and have no idea when I will get my order which is SOL115241. Stay clear of this company as I am thinking its all a scam!

We’ve been operating for years and we have hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide, and we can see your order SOL115241 clearly in our system. You placed the order on April 9 and received the dispatch email on April 10, which means it left our warehouse within the announced timeframe.

Regarding the Royal Mail tracking: when a number appears “invalid” on Royal Mail, it usually means the parcel is still at the first-carrier stage or in the handover phase before Royal Mail has scanned it into their network. Royal Mail only recognises the tracking once their first scan happens, and until that scan is done, the tracking can look like it doesn’t exist even though the parcel is already moving.

At the moment, we’re also experiencing a broader issue affecting some UK-bound shipments specifically at the local drop-off/handover step, which can delay the first visible scans. Our logistics and technical teams are actively working on it and we expect this to be resolved within the next hours. Importantly, this issue is currently limited to the UK route — shipments to other countries are not affected.

We sincerely apologise for the confusion and the lack of clarity you received. We are escalating SOL115241 with the carriers to obtain the next scan and a clearer delivery update, and we will keep you informed as soon as we have confirmation.

I ordered an IPL device last Friday…

I ordered an IPL device last Friday with the claim that it would be delivered in 48 hours. According to the post office app, it is still at the stage of label creation indicating that they’ve not actually sent the item. I contacted customer service only to be told that it’s a logistical issue which is not their issue. I don’t believe this. No attempt to solve my issue and the app is still saying label creation. It looks as though this company have taken my money and have not shipped the item, either that or they have lied about their delivery timings. Either way I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be using them ever again.

we’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused and we understand why seeing “label created” can feel worrying, but we want to reassure you that we do not take payment without shipping orders, and we have hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide who receive their devices.

There is also an important clarification about timing: we do not claim “delivered in 48 hours”, we state that we dispatch/ship within 48 hours, meaning the label is created and the parcel leaves our warehouse within that time. The delivery time is separate and is clearly indicated on our website in the dropdown “What are your shipping times”; for the UK, the delivery time we announce is 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Regarding the wording you were given, when support says it’s “not our issue”, what they mean (and how it should have been explained) is that once the parcel has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, the tracking scans and last-mile movement are handled by the carrier, in your case Royal Mail, which is why updates can sometimes lag behind even though the parcel is already in their network.

Notice how this is the only review of all the positive reviews. Said my order shipped two weeks ago, but due to "some logistical issues", the information has not updated. I called Royal Mail, and they have no record of the tracking number provided

Effektiv, effizient, einfach

Es ist ein großartiges Produkt, das funktioniert! Die Anwendung war sowohl schmerzfrei als auch zeitsparend.

In den ersten Wochen war ich skeptisch und dachte, dass es nicht wirkt. Alz ich jedoch geduldig bis Woche 7-8 und sogar bis Woche 9 weitermachte, bemerkte ich, dass mein Haarwuchs zurückging und in einigen Bereichen sogar ganz verschwand. Am Ende des beworbenen Zeitraums von 12 Wochen wurde ich nicht enttäuscht.

Meine Haut bleibt länger glatt, und an den meisten Stellen wächst gar nichts mehr nach, während es an manchen Stellen einfach länger dauert, bis die Haare wieder nachwachsen.

Ich kann dieses Produkt sehre empfehlen!

I'm shocked to see this game changer even on thick hair

I honestly didn't think anything could work for me. I have super thick, coarse hair on my legs and hands - the kind that seems to grow back the next day after shaving. I was skeptical when I ordered the Loop by Solippy, but I was also desperate to stop dealing with razor burn, ingrown hairs, and the constant need to shave.
Also, even my sister has the same kind of hair as me and she had the chance to take full body laser treatment from a certified clinic. I have taken more time for writing this review as I wanted to compare with sister's results and also give some time to see to regrowth. Trust me, Loop is the best, this device gave me exact same results as a treatment for less prince.
I'm in love with this. This device is really a game changer. Definitely try this out!!

I recommend it

First of all I love the packaging and presentation of the product, so feminine and I love the fact that even if it doesn't work out for you they return money back.
