OZERTY TOOK £29.99 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I DID NOT K OW WHY. THEYMAIBTAIN I ORDERED GOODS FOR THIS AMOUNT. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OD THEM. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIK *THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE) THEY MAI TAIN U ORDERED GOODS.

I ordered grass seeds. I wanted it fir this summer. It almost September 1st and they are still in China. I wanted to cancel and get a refund. They say I have to wait and return for the refund. Ill be lucky to get my money by Christmas. If I get it at all. Stay away from this company. I will ftom now on.

Dreadful customer service. I ordered a small tube of glue. I was charged a huge fee for what they called ‘services’ which turned out to be what amounted to a fine for not ordering £20 worth of their stuff. They call it an ECO charge ! Their packaging contained huge amounts of plastic…more than the glue tube ! The postage should have only cost the same as for a large packet.
They are refusing to refund the extra expense they charged to my debit card because they claim I should have read the small print. Their charges are completely unjustified. I feel completely scammed and cheated.
BEWARE.
RESIST ORDERING FROM OZERTY.

They charge something called an Eco charge for items costing less than $20. This adds on to posted cost of item. Don't order from this company!!!

I bought an item from Ozerty Uk only to find out that, of course, they are actually in China. They added an eco charge of nearly £16 to my order without my knowledge. This was more than the cost of the goods! I only became aware when I received the order confirmation email. Despite my requesting to cancel, they refused and I eventually received the items several weeks later. They now tell me they will only refund on return and then they will refund the value of the goods only, excluding the so called eco charge! I have since found very many reviews saying exactly the same thing has happened to them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

SPAM.
A bad person wants to make a lot of money by deceiving a lot of people. Don't fall for this. You will be deceived.

Una gran estafa , no comprar ningún producto

I looked at this site, unfortunately. For a watch for my mother. It was only £9, and about £3 for delivery. It asked for my bank card, which i put in.
I was then taken to another screen, which wanted just under £30 for delivery. I tried to exit the site.

I immediately became suspicious, and checked my bank, and £28.33 has been debited!

I did not confirm the order.

I have contacted the company and bank.

Absolute frauds. AVOID.

Under a veil of customer service lies a complete disregard for the customer. I ordered goods for £19 with free delivery, only to find that two hikes later, I was being charged £44 Something about an Eco Charge to encourage customers to buy more stuff they don't need and reduce transport costs. What nonsense, just deception and fraud. I will be returning the lot and my bank will become involved if I don't get a full refund. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card

Domenica 10 agosto mi sono visto addebitare dalla fantomatica OZERTY un importo pari a € 29,90 senza conoscere il sito e neppure sapere cosa vende, ora denuncio il tutto alla polizia postale.

Pity you can’t award no stars. This company advertised the product I bought at one price plus free shipping. The charge on my credit card was roughly double the price I had authorised - the price I thought I was paying plus unexplained “services”. They refused to cancel the transaction.
I have had long conversations with Barclaycard but this is going to take a while to resolve.

I have yet to receive my recent order from this company but already it has turned sour. I bought an item for £8.98 but also incurred an eco charge of £13.95 bringing the total to £22.93!!! Please beware these people are out to rob you!!! I contacted them about this & they said that I must of authorized it for the order to go through. They then sent me a copy of the order & the eco charge is shown under delivery options but the actual charge is not shown. I will be contacting my bank to sort this out but please if you order anything from them & it’s under £20 be prepared to have this charge smacked in top!!! BEWARE!!!

Bestellung wurde nicht abgeschlossen (hab mich während der Angaben dagegen entschieden). Trotzdem wurde der Betrag von meinem Kto abgezogen und eine Bestell-Bestätigung geschickt.
Artikel angeblich innerhalb 30 Tage retourbar aber:
"Auf EIGENE Kosten nach China schicken"

So ein Geschäftsverhalten ist ethisch und moralisch absolut verwerflich und zu verurteilen.

This just happened to me. I ordered 2 items (one order). Totaled 45$ and some change. I was then charged 16$ additional charge. My one item was 24$ and the other 19.85$. They split the order so it was two orders and since one item was 19.85$ they added the extra charge. I contacted them. I wanted my extra surcharge returned as my total order was way over their 20$ minimum. Their solution, I can return the items once I get them.

I'm usually careful online but got badly bitten. I purchased an item from Ozerty last year, the extra costs were a surprise but I just shrugged and got on with it.

Turns out, since then, without my consent, they've been charging my card £29.99 every four months! Because it's a relatively small amount, I just haven't noticed until my bank queried the last charge and then at my request blocked my card.

Overall, I've lost £90 with them so far (am now trying to get a backdated refund through my bank, we shall see). I'm assuming contacting them for a refund will be pointless.

The shoes were very large and the shipment was late and they offered me a $5.00 coupon. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to send them back to CHINA at my cost, when they were purchased from Ozerty.usa.com. After I brought this to their attention, their next offer was to keep the shoes and only get a 50% refund. Needless to say they are not customer service oriented, and I will not be purchasing anything from them again. I should have checked the reviews first.

WARNING! This is a Fraud company.
I strongly recommend NOT doing business with Ozerty.
I ordered 2 items and after entering card information and approving the order amount, you are greeted with pop-ups offers for more items. You should probably expect that it doesn't matter if you click Yes or No. An additional order will surely be created.
Thus, Ozerty created 2 orders and shipments for items that I did not request or approve. And 16,- Eur. was added subsequently. The order I approved was 30,- Eur. But 80,- Eur. was withdrawn from my account. It is not possible to get in touch with the company. Their email contact that promises a response within 24 hours only responds 5 days later. And they do not respond to what you write in the email. They would not cancel the order and you have to send the items back to an address in China at your own expenses. (I received the items from Sweden) This is Fraud!

Todo lo que estoy leyendo es lo mismo que me pasó a mí.
Entré en la página y compré un producto q valía 9 euros, y cuando me indica q se van a cobrar 14 euros más salgo de la página, al momento recibo un mail q la compra se ha realizado por 24.44 euros. Intento cancelarlo en la web pero no sé puede, envío un mail y me contestan a las 07 horas q no se puede cancelar y que cuando lo reciba lo devuelva, y q los 14 euros es una tasa ecológica. El plazo de entrega es de 20 días (y aún así a las pocas horas ya no lo.pueden cancelar), pasan los 20 días y no lo recibo, y a las 23 días me llega un aviso de que lo han entregado, y no es verdad. Les reclamo.por mail y dicen q tengo q llamar yo a la empresa de transportes (ctt, tf internacional), me niego, y en esas estamos.....mail para arriba mail para abajo. ES UNA COMPLETA ESTAFA, DEBERIAN CERRARLES LA WEB. UNA VERGÜENZA.
