Ordered a nail laser for fungus treatment
Paid for the item plus postage as normal then another payment was taken for a different amount a few days later
When I questioned it the customer service team (Mary P.) replied asking for a screenshot of my bank statement to investigate the matter further
I did reply asking her if she thought I was stupid !!
As of today I still haven't received the goods but don't hold out on getting a refund
What a disgusting company this is they don't deserve to be allowed to trade

a q me llegan para gestionar la devolución,me cobraron 15 euros de

España pero luego la dirección de

Bestilte noget til akvarie, og de trækker så penge. Men de begynder så at sende mærkelige mails, hvor de lidt aggressivt spørger om jeg virkelig ikke vil købe mere….. fredag ligger der så yderligere et træk på 120kr til firmaet, som jeg ikke har godkendt..

Kontakter bank, og de råder mig absolut til spærring af både kort og MitID, da MitID har været ind over. Så nu skal jeg have både nyt kort og MitID.

My mother ordered a pair of shoes from ozerty.com. At time of purchase, she paid for the shoes and then a few pounds for delivery. A few days later, another £13.95 was taken from her account. We tried calling customer service but there is never anyone available to speak to over the phone. We therefore sent an email, at which point we were informed that the charge was an ‘Eco Charge’ as our order was under a certain price bracket. A very underhand, contemptible way to run a business. It would be prudent to add the ‘eco charge’ on at checkout, which would then give customers the opportunity to change their mind before ordering.

This company is a scam. Under no circumstancebuy anything. I bought something cheap only to find they added on more money. A couple of months later they have taken £29.99. I spoke to the bank who blocked this company and have had to change my card. I have asked for my money to be refunded and the bank is disbuting the money. No word so far. Guess I have been scammed!!!

It doesn’t even deserve a one star,this company charged me £19 echo charge because the item I bought was small,then nearly 6 months later the charge me £29.99 membership ,they have slightly changed the name of the company ,my bank got involved and I got my money back as I reported them for fraud,its only because I check my bank every day that I noticed the charge,so everyone that’s ever purchased from them check you haven’t been charged a membership for the new company the new company is called SO Ozerty.Uk

Product didn't work, arrived late and they added more than double in charges. Ozerty then took a subscription From my account with no authorisation. They say that I left a box ticked.

If there was an option to give no star rating, I would have chosen no star. Their checkout process is deceiving when you get to the postage options. I chose standard delivery, which was supposed to be free according to my bill at the checkout stage. However, several days after payment was taken for the items that were purchased along with free delivery, an unauthorised payment was taken from my account to the amount of £13.95. I asked for a refund because I sufficiently believed that I had been misled by the company. They refused to give a refund, so I reported them to trading standards.

These people should be shot. I made a purchase back in May where they historically attempted to charge me undisclosed fees, etc. etc. Thanks to AMEX they were returned to me. NOT HAPPY these shitty losers, they charged the same card just last week while I was overseas, $38.67 for nothing. I now own their ass as I will file a report with the FBI. They will go down forever. AMEX is currently taking my money back and will give me a new card so these pimps will no longer be able to steal from me

I would give this company a minus number as they scammed my credit card 2 months after purchase. Buyer beware!! Do not shop with this company!!

I ordered a leather patch to repair a tear on my seat in my truck. I put in for their "free" shipping. My total was $15.47. I immediately received an email from them confirming my order. They gave me a date that I would recieve my order by, and if I didn't receive it by that date they would give me a $5 credit towards another purchase. The next day I received an order number and they said my package was being prepared. The next day I received a tracking number. I waited until that last date that they said it would be delivered by. I kept checking the tracking with the email they sent me. It was saying it was in transit. So I took that tracking number and checked it with usps, ups, FedEx, and dhl. That tracking number wasn't any good for any of them. I received an email from them saying that there was a delay in the shipping and that they were giving me the $5 credit that they promised me if it didn't come on time. In that email it gave me a coupon code and a link to go to their website to shop for something else and use the coupon. I logged into my credit card account to see what they had charged my card when I ordered. They had charged the $15.47 the day that I placed the order. A couple of days later they had charged $16.95 more. I did not authorize that! I called the credit card company and they have canceled my card and sending a new one. They said they will investigate this. At least now they cannot charge me no more. I was at the limit on my credit card. If I hadn't been, it's no telling how much they would have charged. I figure that they would have just kept charging small amounts on my card every now and then thinking I wouldn't notice it. A lot of people don't check their statements for small charges. And I think that $5 credit is a trick they use when it don't arrive on time, to get you to spend more money before you realize what you bought is not coming. They were probably hoping that I would buy more and use a different card for them to rip off. DON'T ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM!

They took £29.99 out of my account last night. I emailed and was told I had a subscription which wasn't true. Three months ago I went into their online shop and put something in my shopping cart but I gave up and left their site. 15 minutes later they sent me a bill for £35. I told them I didn't order anything and to refund me but they didn't and what they sent was rubbish. They somehow steal people's bank details and then start withdrawing money whenever they want if you put something in their shopping cart they send it to you because they have your details. Beware, don't even go to their site.

I ordered a cheap fitness watch - big mistake. It took well over a month to arrive and it was a worthless piece of junk - Byzantine way to power up and the first time used over estimated number of steps by several thousand.

wish i could give it a 0 stars! ordered back in june and some how they have took 29.99 from my account without my permission or knowledge. haven’t used these since jun when i ordered vitamins from them! scam!!! keep you’re details and take money when they please! avoid at all costs my bank is now chasing this up!

This company is a scam, emailing me how they list their eco charge details behind a seperate window. They fail to see how they need to list it in the order total. Not only that, they hid the fact they have charged others more than this eco charge amount they list, and charge monthly. They also send everyone, like me, poor peoducts as mine arrived broken. They probably do it on purpose at this point to rid of these items. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS AND HELP ME REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU AND REPORT FRAUD FTC!

I’ve made the same mistake as everyone ONCE! There were hidden charges as everyone else has experienced so I was charged a ridiculous amount unknowingly. Unfortunately unlike others I didn’t cancel my card or block them so now a couple months later they took $59.99 from my bank, no reason, no purchase, no communication. I have cancelled my card and will be emailing but not expecting much.

Did not even confirm my purchase and they processed it. Cheap garbage. Should have looked at TP first. They wouldn’t cancel it even though I emailed them immediately. Returns are sent to China at your own expense. SCAM

First of all Ozerty sold fraudulent pet flea collars. Advertised as Seresto but they were fake Chinese rip-off copies made to look just like the genuine Seresto product and they did not work at all. Secondly a fraudulent charge from Ozerty showed up on my credit card (something I never ordered) . I had to cancel that card. These guys are thieves.
