I see a bunch of low reviews for this company based on results experienced from the medication. That seems totally unfair! Focusing on the company: they are much more affordable than my previous supplier, they provide a better injection kits, and their packaging is far better. Delivered right on time, with all communication preceding. I’m very happy so far

Lack of communication on updates, can't even log into a portal to know what's going on with your account and when I called on the status of my account they said they don't have record of my account even though they already took payment out. I'd much rather go through my old provider of XMD Wellness because even though it cost me $249 for my medication, at least I got my meds within DAYS versus the chaos I've already had to go through since July 1st. Sometimes a cheaper price isn't worth the hassle.

Takes way too long to get to you. I ordered the 3rd it’s still not with me. I will be disputing my charge if I do not have it by the 15th of July.

WARNING: Do not do it as they tried 3 times to get my prescription correct. One of the pharmacies they called my prescription into was recently placed under investigation by the FDA for insanitary conditions and other series issues. It took me 3 days to get a complete full refund. I took notes and made recording of our conversations. When they finally got the Tirzepatide amount almost correct they added another medication to the prescription which I did not order. The size of the vial went down from 3 to a 2 and was told I would need to inject less of the medication. It’s a big SCAM as they do NOT follow the compounded recommended dosing guidelines of 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, etc. Even with me sending them my recent medical on getting Tirzepatide from a local physician they wanted to start me less than 2.5 guideline starting point then they tried to prescribe me 6.75, then they tried to prescribe me 8.5 with another medication in it called NAD. The problem was two-fold as I was told I would be getting 8mg but then looking at what they were prescribing the vial size went down from a 3 to a 2 with supposedly more medication in the vial. Also the amount to inject went down. This company is horrible to even try and deal with waiting hours to get someone on the phone. Not getting a real medical provider for a video meeting. Warning: Do not fall into the trap from this company as they will low ball your prescription and you have to argue the fact that you were currently on a higher dose. They will say give us another chance to fix it saying they guarantee a full refund if I was dissatisfied with the process after talking with a medical provider. This has been a nightmare for me.

While Boothwyn Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy, it has a history of major regulatory violations and enforcement actions. Before using them, consider the following points
State Penalties: In October 2025, the Pennsylvania Department of State fined the pharmacy $1 million and placed its license on probation. This was due to producing tens of thousands of doses of GLP-1 (weight-loss) medications in unlicensed and uninspected rooms.
FDA Warnings: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued warning letters to Boothwyn Pharmacy LLC regarding sterility failures, insanitary production conditions, and subpotent injectable and ophthalmic drugs.
State Restrictions: Due to compounding practices and quality concerns, the California State Board of Pharmacy also intervened to halt shipments of certain compounded medications.
Also the FDA is cracking down on these fly by night companies who take your money and don’t live up to their promises.
The FDA also does not regulate Tirzepatide Compound and at any time the business and pharmacy’s can be shut down because they are NOT suppose to be even prescribing this medication. They only allowed the compounding of Tirzepatide when there was a shortage in 2024. So say you pay for a year supply they will not only lowball your dosage saying that they follow what the medical prodessionals deem appropriate for the dosage. On top of that since the FDA does not regulate Tirzepatide you have no idea what you are getting and could be getting something that could literally kill you. I 100% understand someone who wants to get the weight off but to place your life in these companies hands is not worth it. My heart goes out to everyone that is struggling with weight issues but PLEASE do not risk it!

Been on it 3 days and have noticed a difference in the food noise! The shipping was quick and the medication cold. I'll update as I go.

The 1-2 day shipping is not correct. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received my order. Customer support isn’t actually 24/7. I received an email asking me to rate the service and see if I’m seeing any results. I’ll let you know when I receive my order.
